Tue, 20 Nov 2007 18:18:04 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Hairspray--21104-review-77910 pinkopal 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/Microsoft-Xbox-360-Premium-Console-review-e32c1 I had excellent luck with my original Xbox -noproblems, so I thought I would put out the money for the 360.  Big Mistake!  After about 8 hours of easy going gaming (never more than an hour at a time), the thing started turning off and rebooting.  I called customer service and the guy was nice, but all he could do was put me on hold and read off a manual.  He didn't seem to really know anything.  He decided I should send it in.  We had to wait for the box to arrive, pack it and take it to shipping.  After 3 weeks (and no communication), we got a package and guess what?  It was not my new Xbox.  It was someone else's refurbished older model.  For all I know, this is from a household of rabid teenage gamers who ran it to death.  I want my new gently used Xbox, but after another marathon hold session, I'm told "contact our legal department, there's nothing customer service can do for you".  No supervisor and no...
