      <description>&lt;p&gt;Kenmore Elite HE 5t Steam clothing washer:&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;Sears has come out to repair a leak due to a faulty rubber boot twice.&#160; The rubber boot is a large gasket sealing the door to the drum.&#160; It is held on with a metal ring. It fell off twice.&#160; If we had to pay it would be $200 a pop.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;Now that it leaks a third time in a year, they are saying it is our problem.&#160; Their &quot;customer solutions &quot; department is only a way to get you out of their hair as expediently and with as little cost to Sears as possible.&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Think of it as if you are dealing with an insurance claim.&#160; Just as painful.&#160; It may be a better value to sell this paperweight on craigslist and get a reliable machine from a local appliance dealer vs sears.&#160; Also, it smells of mildew if we keep the door closed.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
