I really looked forward to trying a book with a discussion on a web. But it didn't work well. I had trouble with my computer keeping up with the viewing, so I had to read the book on my own & use the workbooks. I really wanted to get it, but just couldn't. I read you might not get it at first, but keep trying. Well I still haven't gotten it. I've printed the workbooks & perhaps one day will try again. The language in the book isn't normal self help, I find it confusing. Maybe another day it will make sense to me, but it doesn't right now....

I've always been a Denzel Washington fan, so when this movie came out I of course had to see it. I was not disappointed. Ruby Dee was just awesome as his mother, she played a wonderful matriarch. The whole cast was just great. Also knowing it was based on a true story made it more interesting for me. I was amazed though how violent they could be on the streets so easily -- no one stopped them. This is worth adding to a DVD collection....

This show is almost always action packed. With the background being in South Beach - it's got the beautiful scenery. Can't say I care much for David Caruso -- he's sooo predictable, especially with his one-liners & his sunglasses. But I do like the rest of the cast. Although many of the stories are rather unbelievable I watch just for the pure entertainment....

My son & I just started a month ago using a treadmill. At first it was boring, but I found if I watch a TV show or a DVD that's about the same time as my workout it goes faster & it's not as boring. By the time the shows over I'm done & I'm not watching the clock.

We have extra features on ours we never use except the fan - that we love. Plain & simple is better. We don't use the Ipod or all the fancy workouts. The IFit is pretty cool though. The space saver we thought would be useful, but found once a treadmill is put together it's really too big to move around much & won't fit thru door ways.

Very happy with my Proform.
