http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/phillyone84 Fri, 16 Nov 2007 22:38:56 GMT Reviews by phillyone84 http://www.viewpoints.com/DirecTV-review-bf9a <p>I had debated for a long time with the thought of switching from cable to satellite.  After doing endless research and talking with some of my friends, I decided to make the change.  It was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made.  I went from having the worst experiences with the cable company's customer service to having some of the best experiences with Direct TV.  When I called to set up the appt, the CSR was very helpful and friendly.  I was probably on and off the phone in 15 minutes.</p><p>The day of my install went without a hitch.  I was provided a time frame in which the installer would show up.  He actually got there near the beginning of the time frame provided.  The installer was very knowledgeable and nice.  I had a four room install and he was done in no time.  Since the installation, I have not had any issues with our Direct TV other than severe thunderstorms.  With Severe thunderstorms, we have had our service interupted temporarily not lasting more than...</p>... Fri, 16 Nov 2007 22:38:56 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/DirecTV-review-bf9a phillyone84 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/SanDisk-Sansa-e260-MP3-Player-review-d4b70 <p>I purchased this item because of it's expandable storage space and price.  Overall, I have been very pleased with this purchase.  I have actually been able to put more songs on this player than what is advertised.  You have to remember that the length of songs will make a difference.  This MP3 player had a nice display and is very easy to use.  The sound quality is great and the battery has a long life before it needs to be recharged.  The only thing that I didn't really care for was the initial set up of this product.  The instructions are not too clear and it took quite a while to figure it out.  Once I did, using this MP3 player is a breeze.  I use this MP3 player at work and I have also purchased speakers for it while at home.  It has many features including a selection of preset equalizers, FM tuner.  I would definetly recommend it to anyone I know.</p>...
