peternsteph says "The best way to fly!" about Alaska Airlines

I adopted a labrador retriever puppy from Washington state and worried how I would get him home to Southern California. I searched all the airlines as to who was pet friendly...Alaskan Airlines! I had to purchase my puppy a ticket ($75), but he was allowed up in the cabin with me, placed under the seat during take off and landing. When we were waiting to board, the Captain came up to us and said "I hear we have a little puppy traveling with us?" He then petted Lakota and smiled. They are so friendly, and made us feel so important. I would have never let my puppy go down below, and was so happy they allowed me to carry him on board. Now, when ever I travel, I first check to see if Alaskan Airlines goes there just because of the outstanding customer service we received, regardless if we have the dogs or not. I highly recommend you try a great...

peternsteph says "Avoid the Biltmore - Los Angeles, CA" about Biltmore - Los Angeles, CA

Husband and I booked a night at the Biltmore Hotel. Asked for a non-smoking room because I am asthmatic and recently had sinus surgery. We walked in room 520 and the smell over whelmed us. I called the front desk and she acted like I was bothering her. She said I will call you back. 30 minutes later, she called and said she was sending housekeeping up. They came with a machine, so we had to leave for at least 30 minutes. We came back an hour later and the smell was still there. They did not care that I was dissatisfied. — To top it, we receive our bill under the door, the only thing they had right was MY credit card number with someone else's name and address and our room number. Of course, asking the front desk, they looked at me like I did it. I was so upset. I am waiting until my statement comes in to make sure they did not charge me extra charges. Customer service sucks. I paid $175 for the night and when I wrote to complain, they ignored me AGAIN, not that I expected...

peternsteph says "Love the Dodge Charger" about Dodge Charger - 2006

I just love the new Dodge Charger. It handles great, and is fast. The gas mileage is great for the large Hemi motor it has. Lots of room in the back seat and front seats. The heated leather seats are nice in the winter. Great car, worth every penny. I get more compliments on it, and have not had any problems go wrong with it....
