Reviews by perkiepy http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/perkiepy Wed, 14 Nov 2007 18:24:53 GMT Reviews by perkiepy perkiepy says "The microwave with the turn knob timer never failed" about GE Microwave Oven http://www.viewpoints.com/GE-Microwave-Oven-review-b94b0 <p>My GE microwave with the turn style knob is reliable and dependable. </p><p>I have owned microwaves with the digital screen and push numbers before, and after a year or two, the number pad always quit working!  Either one number, or an entire row of numbers would just stop working.  What caused this I dont know, probable cleaning the number pad time after time, point is, it became very frustrating when certain numbers on the number pad stopped working while the microwave itself worked fine.  Thats why when I purchased another microwave, I bought my GE with the 'dial' knob timer.  I haven't had a problem with my GE microwave since the day I bought it and I've owned it now for almost ten years.  Thats why I would reccomend it to anyone looking for  a microwave that they plan to own for  a very long time!</p>...
