      <description>&lt;p&gt;I purchased a Professional Style Kitchenaid Mixer many years ago and still use it at least once a week to make bread.&#160; Most food processors will pull the ingredients together, but are unable to knead the dough for the 10 or so minutes that you would have to, otherwise, do by hand.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I compared prices as I always do, and although KitchenAid seemed to be one of the most expensive ones, I checked EBay to see what was listed there.&#160; There were several there in all styles and colors.&#160; Quite by coincidence, I found the stainless steel one that I was looking for and bought it at auction at about 2/3 the price retail.&#160; We all know that this mixer is quite heavy and the next best thing was that the sender did not charge me any shipping!!!&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
