I purchased this printer when I was working on a project for my girlfriend who was in Alaska and away from me for the summer. I wanted to print photos and mail them to her like postcards. I also needed a new printer for school. To purchase a photo printer and a school printer was going to cost way more than I wanted to spend. The associate at Office Depot pointed out the Pixma series. I was a bit hesitant about a 2in1, but knew it was all I could afford. I ended up getting an in-store rebate as well as a mail-in rebate. Plus, all printers happened to be on sale that week. I payed $25 in the end!

Everything about setting up and using this printer is so easy. The photos are quality and printing of color or B&W documents is fast! I have been using it regularly for 6 months and have not had to refill the ink yet. It completely went above and beyond my expectations.
...

pdxmando says "Braun's Advance Power lasts forever." about Braun Advance Power

I purchased the Braun Advance Power electric toothbrush at Target over 7 years ago and still use it. For the price I paid (can't remember exactly, but it was for sure under $50) I can't believe it has lasted! I buy one 4-pack of heads a year for $15 and that is all I need. It works a lot better than a standard toothbrush at getting between my teeth and along the gum line without feeling like I have to scrape a lot. In 60 seconds I get a better brushing than 3 minutes with a standard.

Some small drawbacks: I have a very small mouth and have a difficult time getting the head back to my wisdom teeth. It only holds it charge for 2-3 days. For awhile I was traveling once a month for 3-4 days and didn't want to pack the charger. Lastly, the replacement heads are getting harder to find in multipacks.
...
