I always had problems taking those big (HORSE PILLS), and I would get nauseated. This has been a miracle answer for me. The chocolate chews taste like candy. I would recommend this product strongly. Good workout..low impact on knees and back. It is not as stable as a gym quality elliptical..but this can be solved by buying rubber matts from any sporting good store..to put underneath. This also helps with impact.It does take up some space..but well worth the space it uses.</p>...
