They use theirs and love it. — I did have to buy a heavy bag to keep it on the dash. The suction cup for the window was not very useful. — The voice is clear and gives you plenty of time to get into the right or left lane for a turn or exit. The screen is easy to see, and switches automatically into night mode, which is very useful for a twilight trip. — I have used the detour button when poor traffic conditions have arised and that has been very useful. — The time estimation is pretty much spot on and changes when you reach traffic.
