I was so excited when I drank my first bottle of Chocolate Mint Metromint water. The flavor was so delicious, and the mint made the liquid so cool and refreshing! My thirst and my craving for the taste of chocolate were both washed away.

I went into this particular salon in search of a new hairstyle. I didn't know what I really wanted, just going shorter with more fullness on top. The stylist sat down with me and a style book, and thumbed through it with me until she got an idea of what I wanted. Working with her mentor beside her, she took her time and snipped and cut until the style came shining through. Having 2 stylists working together, and with the time they took, I thought for sure this would be a pricey do. I was delighted with my new look, and was very pleased that I only paid a few small dollars over what I normally pay at one of the commonly known walk-in salons who do simply a decent style. The girls were pleasant and knowledgeable, the shop was clean and comfortable....

My rat terrier was several pounds overweight, and I switched her to Nutro Max Weight Control canned. She had been on Nature's Recipe Terrier dry. What a transformation! She's been energetic, frisky, happy, and such a different little dog. I'm still working on getting the weight down, but healthwise it's been amazing! It's only been 2 weeks!...

Airbeds Unlimited. My husband and I wanted an airbed without spending alot of money. The best deal we found was at Airbeds Unlimited. The Sapphire mattress set was ordered. The trouble began when my payment was not processed through Paypal. I was contacted by the company and instructed to order it again. They got all my information but the payment wasn't complete. They were so embarrassed by the messup that they insisted they give us our digital double air pump set FREE. So the same bed was reordered the next day. This time the amount was accepted. You are supposed to get a tracking number as soon as the bed is picked up by the trucking company for delivery. They report 7-12 days to delivery. After more than a week we still never received the tracking number email. We had to call the company at least 3 times for a status. Finally they sent my husband that email. Our bed was in Florida and due for a Tuesday delivery, Dec. 2. When we got home from work on Monday......

I wanted a comfortable western style boot for everyday use, and was amazed how comfortable and easy to walk in these Acme boots are! I've got good arch support, a cushioned heel, and the leather shaft is soft against my shin. They look great too! I wasn't sure how good the quality would be from this unknown-to-me brand, but in doing research I found this was one of the largest boot companies for many many years up until a few years ago....

I needed a less inexpensive/smaller alternative to buying a laptop for portable gaming. Mostly I play The Sims 2. When I discovered the Nintendo DS Lite, I knew that was the choice for me. I've had my device for a few days now, and 2 games, and I think it's great! I bought the metallic rose color. I didn't realize there were so many other colors available! Red would have been awesome! Or silver. So many nice colors. Anyway, I've been quite satisfied with my DS Lite, and would reccomend it to anyone who likes gaming....

I did research all over the internet to see what types of cases were available for my Nintendo DS lite. For my purpose, I concluded the Mad Catz Game-On Case would be the best solution because it fits onto the device snugly, protecting it from bumps, scratches, fingerprints. It also has a small hinged lid on the top of the cover piece for storing 3 game cartridges. I am able to play my games without removing the case, all holes are accessible through the case. The only flaw, and it is a small one, is that the top piece of the 2-section cover does not completely fit my device. The back/side lips do not reach under the device enough to lock on. Not that it slips off or anything, but it just irks me. All in all, great idea. Only adds an additional 'thickness' of maybe 1/4" to the entire device due to the hinged game storage....

This restaurant was amazing! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was real Texas rugid style, moose head on the wall, cactus decor, etc. I went for the Cactus Bloom onion, but we all got dinner too. We got a bucket of peanuts at our table, and fresh baked rolls with cinnamon-honey butter. When the manager found out we were first-timers, he delivered us a sample plate of their "fall-off-the-bone ribs" which were good. (I'm not a big rib fan.) The food was absolutely wonderful! We'll definitely go again....

Two weeks ago my husband stopped in to inquire about new eyeglasses, and was told they'd be ready in 2-3 weeks. We happened to be there yesterday, and they were ready! They were slightly off balance, and were adjusted right there in a moment or two until they were precise, and he couldn't have been happier! He was told to drop by in 2 weeks for adjustments if needed....

We've had Gracie since she was a puppy. She's now 5. She taught me to play fetch. She knows several words: ball, outside, bedtime, pizza, toy, "where's", food, hungry, water, eat, in. If I ask "Where's Alex?" she'll go into his bedroom and sniff him good and come back. If I ask "Where's daddy?" she'll jump up on the couch, look out to see if his truck is in the driveway, or go into the bedroom. At bedtime she jumps up on the bed as we're settling in, for her belly rub and smooches. Then it's "Goodnight Gracie, time for bed" and she's off to settle down herself. She's very demanding of our attention, always getting what she wants, even if she has to sit in front of us and stare us down to get it. She's a big sweet ol' goofball and we can't imagine our home without her....

I take my Palm everywhere. It's an entertainment tool when I'm in "Wait" mode. I can surf the web, play games, view photos, listen to music, keep track of calendar and to-do's. I'm always jotting quick notes on my NotePad. I keep my grocery shopping list on it. The only fault I can find with it is the lack of Java. I can't use flash player. I don't know what to do about this. But in everything else, it rates very high on my scale.

I was looking for a simple 4 port USB hub for the many cables I needed to hook up. I looked at a few in the store, but when I saw this one I had to purcase it. It was too cute and too fun! It's called a UFO, and that's just what it looks like. It's a little round spaceship shaped object, with a red dome (it comes in 4 colors). The ports are around the edges. What makes it so fun is the little light at the top of the dome. Once the UFO is plugged in, the little light glows, changing colors! It's a constant light show as long as it's plugged in. There is no power supply needed. At the bottom of the UFO is a short 1" cable with USB. Just untuck it, and plug it into one port. Now you've turned 1 port into 4! It's so cute, my husband talks of going out and getting a 2nd one for himself! The price was under $20.00....

I have dry winter skin that itches and can feel irritated. After a shower I love to apply Johnson's Baby Oil (lavendar scent) to my arms and legs, and then step out and gently blot myself dry. It keeps my skin feeling moisturized, and leaves a very nice, light scent that last for hours. It can leave an oily feel to clothing or towels, but they smell nice too....

This is amazing stuff. I've used it on pet vomit and urine stains, popsicle stains, outside dirt tracked in, and it's handled it all. I just spray it on, use a damp sponge to lightly rub it in, then blot it up with a dry paper towel. Stain is gone!...

It's been a number of years since I've dealt with Fingerhut. I purchased a 100-disc CD player/jukebox from them, and within the warranty timeframe 2 of the trays got stuck, locking 50 of my own CD's inside. When contacting the company, they had me send the unit with the CD's back to them for repair. I got the unit back, but all the CD's were missing. I contacted the company, and they had no idea. I was out 50 bought & paid for CD's, and they never returned them nor gave me a compensation for the loss....

Guinea pigs bring such joy to my home. They've got the sweetest wheeks and whistles. When I open the refrigerator, (where they know I keep their greens and other 'freshies') the house erupts in a cheerful chorus. Keeping up with the cage cleaning and having to answer to piggies whenever opening a can of soda or going into the fridge are the only drawbacks I can come up with!...

I like the whole aspect of the product, how the litter gets scooped automatically and the clumps get dropped into a storage receptacle for disposal, but there were too many drawbacks, such as the rake did not always make a complete sweep, some clumps stuck to the rake and had to be scraped off, the clumps did not always drop into the receptacle and had to be cleaned off the edge of the box. It lost its' favor with me real fast....
