But, I have to say, I love it! It works so well -- it's almost like you've been to the dentist for a cleaning. Since it has a timer you always know when you still need to brush. I like it for myself, but I think it would also be really great for kids who often don't brush long enough. Since I got it, I found out that the heads need to be replaced regularly, which can add up. However, I would buy a new toothbrush every 8-10 weeks anyway, so it's not as expensive as it first appears. I think that they quality of the cleaning you receive definietly outweighs any cost factors -- I'd rather pay for a great toothbrush than a filling at the dentist's office.... I didn't want o spend a lot, because they're not her normal style and I thought it would be a onetime thing and then thrown in the back of the closet. Surprise! She loved them and ran in them constantly. They've been washed more times than I can count and they still look great. Really sound construction and they hvem't faded. They turned out to be a great value!... We ride horses, so it takes some abuse, especially throughout our tough northern winter weather, but it still looks great -- almost new!
