oregonphotomom says "Holds all the music, books, and photos you will ever need" about Microsoft - Zune (80GB) Media Player

I am totally into reviews and searching before purchasing a product. I look in depth for an MP3 player that was the BEST. Of course I looked hard at the iPod's but think they size of their memory is just too small for the prices they asked. I found the ZUne 80 gig, and decided I would buy it because there is so much room on it that I now have all of my home videos, 200 audio books, 1000's of songs, and loads of pictures.

I am a very busy person so I really only get to listen to my audio books while commuting to and from work. If I every forget my Sune at home I am a very sad person though! lol

THE BAD....

To save room on my laptop I moved my audio files to a seperate drive, but now I cannot sync my zune to my computer unless I make SURE the external drive is hooked up. Otherwise everything disappears from my Zune!

If Im listening to an audio book in the car, and get to work and want to play some music via some external speakers my place gets lost in the book, and I had better remember...
...

oregonphotomom says "dermatologist recommended and feels great!" about Cerave Moisturizing Cream 16 oz

After having a horrible reaction to an expensive makeup line I had to visit a dermatologist for the first time last year. She suggested I change to Cerave for my cleansing and moisterizing of the ENTIRE body. I had used Cetaphil in the past and told her I didnt feel clean when I used it. She said that is because we are so used to the feeling of stripping our skin of all of its natural oils by using regular bar soaps, which ruins our skin and in the end makes our skin produce even more oil.

Now, per her instructions I use either Cetaphil or more preferred Cerave cleanser or moisturizer every evening, and simply wash my face with water and a soft, fluffy, clean washcloth in the morning, and follow with the moisturizer.

I havent had a breakout in over 6 months, and my skin feels really nice now!
...

oregonphotomom says "nice, light feel with good coverage" about Bare Escentuals, Bare Minerals Get Started Kit, Tan/Medium Tan

I bought this kit after having a horrible reaction to another well-known, more expensive brand. Im so glad I did! My morning routine is quicker now, and I always look good. A quick layer or two of the lightest, a bit of bronzer on the cheeks, nose, and forehead (plus I also use a GORGEOUS ruby kit by BE for cheek color, eye color, and mascara), and Im set! Maybe 2 minutes each morning?

Best thing is NO breakouts and my skin is very sesitive.

My esthetician and dermatologist (never had to see either one of those before I used that other not to be mentioned product) both say my skin is looking really great now too. However my esthetician says that she is concerned with what she has seen Bare Minerals products do in the long run. She said the extremely fine powder gets into pores and eventually clogs everything up and makes the skin look older. So I am making sure to moisturize well before and allow it to dry well. Then regardless to what the company says WASH your face at night. Night...
...

oregonphotomom says "Small class size and teachers who care" about Portland Community College

I hit my 30's with a full-time job, husband, and 5 children, but I still knew I needed to get back to school. PCC makes it so easy for you to do just that. I am taking all of my pre requisites at PCC for a graduate program I will be taking elsewhere. The class sizes are nice and small compared to the large univerities. Ive had a few classes in larger auditorium style room (similar to what Ive seen at OSU or Berkley). For some reason those rooms make me feel so professionally collegiate! haha Anyway, the importnant thing is that every professor Ive had seems to go above and beyond. They are really threre to help and to teach.

Ive taken some good online classes too. Blackboard is a good program used in many schools now. Its not hard to learn, and is a good option for those of us that cannot spend their days in class.
...

oregonphotomom says "Pretty cool phone" about Blackberry - Storm Cell Phone

I couldnt decide between the Blackberry Storm and the newest iPhone. I ended up choosing the Storm becasue you can upgrade with with larger and larger micro SD cards. I do wish the Storm had as many application options as the iPhone though.

I love the feel of the Storm. Its larger them my previous flip phone of course, but it isnt too big. The touch screen has a neat clicking when you type (not good for kids trying to sneek texting in class!).

I have never been much of a texter, but now that I can turn my phone to the side and have a full QWERTY keypad. The built in camera takes amazingly good photos for a phone, and I can upload them directly to Facebook. Love that! Now when were on vacation I can tqke a photo of my kids fishing, and directly upload it to Facebook.

Its also nice to have web access wherever I go.

I did double the cost of my phone plan when I went to this phone. Between the cost and the lack of applications Blackberry offers made it lose a star. So I give it 4 stars....
...

oregonphotomom says "Love this lifesaver!" about Podee Hands-Free Baby Bottle

This is the most amazing little invention know to parents. We had 3 children and were suprised by a fourth pregnancy last year. I found out I was having twins very early on and knew I had to continue working. My husband is a stay at home dad, and I knew he would have a really hard time taking care of the 4 little kiddos (3 in diapers!). We were introduced to the Podee bottle by a twins club my husband and I joined. Its amazing! Im sure we wouldve gotten through the bottle year okay, but the Podee made it so much easier.

We were able to feed them sitting up. We were able to hold them both while they drank their bottles. They were able to drink their bottles in the car since we could just stick their bottles next to them in their car seat.

And no spills! It comes with a tiny brush to clean out the tube. Cleaning is easy as long as you IMMEDIATELY rinse everything and run the brush through the tubing really quick. Then we would stick everything in the dishwasher at least once per day to...
...

oregonphotomom says "Great idea, but they leak horribly!" about havent seen any good ones

I bought dozens of these bottles for my twin babies. Disposable and reusable, they just leaked so often it was ridiculous.

After reading reviews onlone, I thought we must be tightening too tight. Nope, the horrible things just poured out.

Expensive and not worth having them, even if you get them for free
...
