We booked a hotel (Century Plaza hotel and Spa) in Vancouver B.C which orbitz claimed was 4 star. The hotel rooms and service were more 2 star quality. We asked the hotel front desk on what was the star rating on the hotel and they confirmed that it is 3 Star. So there.... we thought we were getting a good deal on a 4 star hotel. </p><p>Bottom line, I am not using orbitz again and I would caution people to be careful and do their homework before using orbitz</p>...
