I reserved my car almost a month in advance of our trip and requested a smoking full size vehicle. When we got to the desk at the airport, they said they didn't have anything in full size available but we could get an SUV for only $9 more per day. I told them if I had wanted an SUV, I would have reserved one in my reservation. I also told them that I reserved it on Hotwire and they wouldn't let me make any changes so why could they? I was also informed that they don't have any smoking cars although no where on the website does it state that, it actually gives you a choice of it. I even called the branch in the city we arrived in to ask specifically about smoking cars and they said oh just request it when you arrive.

After waiting there for almost 40 minutes, they finally brought a full size car up to us and we were on our way. I was disappointed that we had to wait since I missed an important meeting that we were scheduled for, but that didn't seem to matter to them at all. The car was nice...

I had heard rave reviews about this place and looked forward to eating there when we visited MN. While the waitstaff was phenominal, I was very disappointed in the meal. I ordered the rib tips and they were fatty and didn't look or taste appetizing at all.

My husband got the ribs and they were tender and juicy but the potato was dry. Overall, not their best showing.

While the room was clean and had added amenities that I had trouble finding at other places, the amount of kitchen needs in the room was inadequate. When I made the reservation, I specifically asked if they would have enough kitchen items for 4 people to stay in the room. They said absolutely, no problem. When we got there, there was only enough for 2. When I asked for more, they said there would be an added charge..even though they already charged me extra for the additional people in the room rate.

They also charge you for internet hook up?! Any other place I stayed in the state, it was provided for free. Unbelievable to me! If I would have known all of this up front, I never would have stayed there. Even the value for the money is good, the lack of what I needed and also not having anyone manning the desk after 11pm sucked.

opal4s says "One of the worst flights we have ever had." about Delta Airlines

I hadn't been on a Delta flight for over 10 years and was so totally disappointed with our recent flight. The seats were so narrow, we felt like sardines. I swear the pilot was a first timer as we hit turbulence multiple times and not once did he come on to tell us or warn us about it. The flight attendants were rude and short with everyone, making us feel that we were an imposition to them. I asked for pillows and blankets and they ran out and basically told us tough luck.

We had an unexpected 75 minute delay while they waited in line to be de-iced/to take off, but not once did the pilot come on to apologize for or explain the delay. We missed our connecting flight due to this layover and we couldn't even get meal vouchers from Delta...that was unbelievable.

Overall, one of the worst flights I have ever been on. Next time I will make sure I fly a different airline. Absolutely no customer service skills.

I have suffered with back pain for most of my adult life and had a hard time finding shoes that were comfortable that didn't make my back ache 5 minutes after putting them on. Easy Spirit brand shoes are the best!

While I cannot always find the latest trendy style like in other brands, they are the nicest shoes to my feet and body. I love their walking/tennis shoes. They are so comfortable and they are the only shoes I can find wide width in every time.

The only down side is that they only sell them in limited styles/quantities in Alaska. I wish they would consider putting a store here, but at least they will ship them here.

By far, one of the best values for the price.

I was very disappointed in this product. I too bought it at Wal-mart with the added face moisturizer and have had success with previous Jergens products. The first day I used it, I had the color all over my clothes by the end of the day. The face moisturizer they gave you free left a sparkling glitter like look on my face. I am 45, not 14...I don't want glitter as I am a bit too old for that.

It was difficult to clean off and I had to scrub twice to get it all off my face.

Overall, totally disappointed with the purchase.

Like many others, I had heard of the Sonicare Toothbrush and had considered purchasing one. The main thing stopping me was the price, I thought it was a bit much to spend on a "toothbrush". I received a coupon and bought one when it was on sale, I now wish I wouldn't have waited.

The Sonicare Toothbrush is fantastic. It makes my mouth feel so clean and I can actually see a difference in my gums. I recently visited my dentist for my 6 month check up and cleaning and he immediately asked what I had changed in the last 6 months. He said my gums and teeth looked much healthier. My cleaning took 8 minutes compared to the last one which took 30 painful minutes.

I definitely endorse this product and would recommend it to everyone. It truly is worth the investment.
