http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/okbotto Mon, 31 Mar 2008 06:26:25 GMT Reviews by okbotto http://www.viewpoints.com/Duofold-long-underwear-review-4ffb3 We have been buying Duofold long underwear for years.  WE have paid extra for this product, because it was well made, and lasted a very long time.  Well, The last ones we bought, were awful.  There were so many problems with the stitching, I contacted the company.  They did send me a postage label.  I placed a bright colored sticker on every place that they didn't sew.(yes, there were 2" areas in many of the seams that had no stitching)  The two pair of long underwear bottoms I returned, had 12 errors in the stitching!!!  There were inconsistanies with the product.  The packaging said they were made in the middle east, but the tag on the garment said they were made in Honduras.   The company asked me if I wanted replacements.  I said I wanted good replacements.   They sent me a check to cover the cost of the items.  It appears, thet they couldn't find any garments that were free from sewing errors.  The errors I found, I would not have even found in a dollar store garment. ...... When it was turned on,  It constantly scrambled my tvs and radios, and everyone elses in this subdivision.  They have had to keep improving the designs, so that they wouldn't cause interference. ( It became a mini radio station) .  Eventually, they stop heating after about 6-8 months. They have been pretty good about sending free replacements ( I'm on my 5th one ).  The last one, scorched and burned a hole in my new sheets, the pillowtop of my Sleep Number bed, and all of the plastic connectors to the warming mattress pad.  They replaced the mattress pad, but I didn't even get am "I'm sorry" about the damage to...... Mon, 31 Mar 2008 06:15:17 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/safe-and-warm-warming-mattress-pad-review-1f7c1 okbotto 2 http://www.viewpoints.com/Dyson-DC14-Animal-Vacuum-review-0d1e2 I bought this at Best Buy about 11/2 years ago.  It was a demo unit.  I got $100.00 off the price, plus a $100.00 Best Buy gift card and a complete 5 year warranty with it.  When I got it, I was vacuuming 3 times a day. (I vacuum the recommended 8-10 passed over the same area, as per the carpet manufacturers recommendation to keep the carpet fibers from fraying and breaking from deep soil damaging the fibers). I filled the canister each time.  After 11/2 years, It still fills the canister each time I use it.  I can see the carpet raise as it passes over the area.  This thing picks-up pet hair, and probably the glue within the carpet backing.  I am just amazed and shocked at what is really in my house.   I highly recommed this product.  The greatest thing-no bags or belts to replace.... I turned-in my credit card points to get this piece of junk. It couldn't hold onto a feather. The battery doesn't hold a strong charge for more that 10 seconds.
