npgriff says "Heals dry skin without being greasy" about Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Body Lotion

I was at my wits end trying to find a good hand cream that wasn't greasy. I tried many brands and when I tried Gold Bond Ultimate Healing, I found what I was looking for. My hands take a lot of abuse at work and for the first time in my life they were getting cracked and scaly. I started using Gold Bond Ultimate Healing and they started clearing up and got to be reasonably soft. I can use this without fear of my hands slipping, it is a great hand cream. It is a bit expensive, but a little goes a long way. I like the tube, it makes it easy to use just a little bit instead of a big dollop like would come out of a pump. Also, you can get every little bit out of the tube, whereas a pump stops working when there is still 1/3 of a bottle left and you have to empty out the bottle into something...

npgriff says "Baking stones make the best pizza" about Pampered Chef Large Round Baking Stone - 1370

When I first heard about baking stones, I thought they would be an item I would not use much. But since I bought my baking stone, I use it for pizza every week. Since we make homemade pizza every Saturday night, it gets lots of use. Yes, it does turn ugly after about 10 uses, but that doesn't affect the performance. And since I use parchment paper to put the crust on, it is easy to remove the pizza from the stone. I don't have to worry about putting cornmeal on the stone . I simply spread out my pizza crust on the parchment paper that I have cut to fit the stone. Then I use a peel to move it onto the stone in the oven. Makes it simple and clean. There is no better pizza crust than one baked on a...

npgriff says "So far the best canned cat food I've tried" about Fancy Feast Gourmet canned food

When this new product came out, I decided to try it because there were coupons which made it reasonably priced since it was also on sale. I thought I would not be buying it again because of the price. But kitty loves it so much that I buy it most of the time. It is hard to find canned cat food that isn't full of by-products. I have done lots of reading lately and was horrified to find out what is actually in these by-products and decided not to feed my cat anymore of that type of food. This is nice and chunky, real pieces of meat, and my kitty is definitely a meat lover (cats are carnivores, after...

npgriff says "There's nothing like a Cheeto" about Frito-Lay Baked Cheetos

I have found that baked Cheetos are a little bit healthier than the au gratin potato chips that I was addicted to for awhile. I was eating way too many and needed to change "addictions" so I tried the baked Cheetos. I used to eat the crunchy fried Cheetos all the time, but figured if I was trying to break a bad addiction, I shouldn't eat those. So I tried the baked Cheetos and found that I liked them even better than the crunchy. Now I don't have to feel quite so guilty eating half a bag at one time, although it would be better if I didn't! I will definitely be buying these much more in the...

npgriff says "Oh my gosh, Puddy Tat absolutely loves these!" about The Goodlife Recipe Wholesome delights cat treats

I couldn't believe how much my cat loves these. He just begs for them and he will actually go to the place that I keep them and try and dig them out. I have to limit his treats though, can't have him filling up on them. Although these are supposed to be "natural" and good for him and help keep his teeth clean. At any rate, they don't have a bunch of funny coloring like other treats. So I will keep buying them instead of other treats since they are better for him than the others. I would recommend these highly to anyone that has a...
