I can use this without fear of my hands slipping, it is a great hand cream.  It is a bit expensive, but a little goes a long way.  I like the tube, it makes it easy to use just a little bit instead of a big dollop like would come out of a pump.  Also, you can get every little bit out of the tube, whereas a pump stops working when there is still 1/3 of a bottle left and you have to empty out the bottle into something...
