nitln5 says "Loyal Kenmore consumer goes elsewhere! Disgusted!" about Kenmore Washer and Dryer

We replaced a very old but trusty stackable washer/dryer (not a kenmore) with a Kenmore washer/dryer. This wasn't the most expensive nor the top of the line, but we bought Kenmore since it was so highly recommended! 5 years now and the heating element is done! The cost of repairs: $249.95 plus it cost us $80 for the technician to come to look at it! Ridiculous and shows how the repair business is the cash cow!

We just bought a Kenmore Grill and it too was not quality. Brand new out of the box, paint was chipped and part was RUSTY!!! We have gone to Sears for their pride and joy Kenmore brand and i am not sure we'll go back to Sears or Kenmore again.
