This is really a concern when he has your computer and you do not have another one. I did get a good deal on a rebuilt so it is not the actual work I have a problem with. It is the slow response to calls and he was not all the friendly. Sorry but being in the South we like our service people to be more friendly —  Also I accidentally left a disk in the drive and they where suppose to bring it back with the computer. They did not and when I called asking that he send it to me he responded with he would try to find it. That was weeks ago still not disk. His tech did down load the program for me, but I still wanted to disk as a back up. His other comments was that the tech had downloaded it for me.
