It works well, able to use less detergent and cold water for most things, larger load capacity than my old traditional machine. A great bonus is that we consume less detergent, energy and water when using it so it is better for the environment and my pocket book as well. I've had my set for 3 years now and have not experience any mechanical problems. Now I know why the Maytag repair man is always bored,...
