Kraft-Philadelphia Spinach and Artichoke Cream Cheese Spread is YUMMY! I was pleasantly surprised when I dipped my Wheat Thin into it and tasted the delicious flavor! We make spinach dip for parties and I keep thinking that this would be a great, easy substitute. I'm looking forward to trying it in different ways but for right now I am reallly enjoying eating it straight out of the container on my crackers :)
...

newmom30 says "Lots of Fun!" about Nintendo - Wii Console

We recently received the Nintendo Wii Console and the Wii fit and love them both. I think that it is a great way to get off of the couch and get moving. The games are fun to play by yourself or with others. It can be a great addition to a party. So far it has been really easy to use and we have been impressed with everything that it can do. Not only can you play fun games, but you can also check out the latest news, weather, play with your digital photographs and much more! The Wii Fit is a great addition especially for goal oriented people. The more you play, the more games unlock and it makes you want to play more. It also keeps track of each time you play and your BMI, weight, etc, so that you can set a goal and reach it! The Wii was very easy to assemble and start playing. It tells you exactly what to do when you are playing so it is super easy to play too. It is expensive, but a lot of fun!
...

newmom30 says "Who would have thought carrot and cheese would be yummy?" about Gerber Finger Foods - Carrot Wagon Wheels

I initially bought the Gerber Finger Foods Wagon Wheels for my daughter after hearing my friend rave about how much her son liked them. I remember looking at them in the store thinking that carrot and cheese didn't sound too appetizing, but as a new mom trying to get my little one to eat a diverse menu, I thought I would try them. I bought a can and at first broke them into pieces for my daughter. She ate a few bites and then didn't want any more. It took us a month to get through that first can and I decided to wait a while to buy any more. Well, a few months later they were on sale and I had a coupon so I thought I would try them again. This time she LOVED them and ate about three or four in one sitting. She went through a whole can in a few days. Ever since then, I have been buying them when they are on sale because they are a little pricey for what you get, but it is an easy snack to take along with you!
...

newmom30 says "No spill?" about Nuby 10 oz No Spill Cup with soft silicone spout

The Nuby 10 oz. No Spill Cup with silicone spout may be okay for babies with no teeth, but if your baby has teeth don't buy this cup. My daughter bites through the spout and then when it falls on the floor because she happens to throw it down, it leaks a lot all over the place! It was easy for her to hold, but another major concern of ours is that it did not fit into any of the cup holders that we have in the stroller, carseat, highchair, etc. I was a breastfeeding mother and thought that this would be an easy transition to a sippy cup but she did just as well on the ones with a harder spout as she did with this. I also don't know who would waste their time with a cover for this. She has played with it much more than we have actually used it. Another main gripe about this is that after you wash it, you have to be careful about putting the silicone part back on because if you don't get it lined up exactly it leaks. I would NOT recommend this to a friend.
...

newmom30 says "Playtex cups haven't leaked yet!" about Playtex Insulator Spill Proof Cups

The Playtex Insulator Spill Proof Cups are exactly what they say they are. I have been using them for about a month now with my 20 month old daughter and she is pretty rough on cups, but hasn't found a way to destroy these yet. They seem extremely durable, usually have cute designs on them, and are easy to clean. I have thrown away so many sippy cups lately because I am tired of them leaking all over the house and furniture, but haven't had to get rid of these because they don't leak! Because I have thrown away so many sippy cups, I have also been trying many different kinds and the Playtex ones are some of the best. I have recently bought some sippy cups with straws and flaps that close over the top of the straw, but those have been driving me crazy with leaks and difficulty cleaning. The Playtex Insulator Spill Proof Cups are easy to clean because you can put it in the dishwasher and there is only one removable part. The spout that she drinks out of is hard so she can't...
...

newmom30 says "One of my best purchases!" about Chicco Polly High Chair

I initially looked at the Chicco Polly High Chair because I like the colors. After doing extensive research, I decided to buy it. We put our daughter in it the first time she tried cereal and she has had MANY meals and naps there since. I have found it very easy to use, easy to clean and it seems like it is quite comfortable for my daughter! I love the fact that it reclines because my daughter has fallen asleep many times after eating a big meal and it is so easy to just lean her back and let her sleep! I also appreciate how easy it is to clean by just detaching the tray and washing it. It says that it is dishwasher safe, but we have never had to do that because it is so easy to just wipe off in the sink. We have hardwood floors in the kitchen so the wheels make it super easy to move her around the room if needed. It does fold up nicely when you are not using it, although we always have it out. The only negative thing that I have noticed is the light blue straps are hard...
...

newmom30 says "too hard to use!" about Evenflo Secure Step Top of Stairs Gate

We bought the Evenflo Secure Step Metal gate because it looked sturdy and it looked easy for us to use. After installing it, we practiced using it for a few days. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to unlatch it and then discovered it was VERY difficult to open with one hand and you cannot just swing it closed. We decided to take it back and invest a little more money to buy a gate that we love (Evenflo Home Decor Stair Gate)....

newmom30 says "The Moby Wrap is my favorite baby gift I received!" about Moby Wrap

I absolutely love the Moby Wrap! I received it as a gift and have been in love ever since. I started using it when my baby was about a month old and she enjoyed being so close to me. She usually falls asleep while in it. She is now four and a half months old and enjoys facing outward as we walk around in and out of the house. My husband enjoys wearing it in the house also, although I haven't convinced him to wear it in public yet. I have ordered several for friends having babies because I like it that much. The only negative is I think it is a little expensive $34, but well worth every penny. I have other carriers that I've tried and they put a lot of stress on your shoulders and back, but the Moby distributes the weight evenly. Buy it!...

newmom30 says "My baby loves this mobile!" about Tiny Love Symphony In Motion Mobile with Remote

This mobile has been a lifesaver since day one! My daughter is now 4 and a half months old and still loves studying the mobile. The mobile may look funny to adults, but babies love it! The colors are perfect for baby's eye stimulation. The music is also enjoyable. The remote is fun to play with at first, but we rarely use it. We have only had to change the batteries one time so far in four months and we use it several times a day. I would definitely recommend this product....
