Even though Prevention articles are typically short, the reader is almost always directed to a website or other source of more-detailed information. Also, like many of us, I am concerned with reaching and maintaining a healthy body weight. Each volume of Prevention contains a substantial nutrition section that is both educational and practical. Also, all of the recipes contain nutritional information, which is important to me because I follow Weight Watchers and am able to calculate the number of points attributable to each recipe.
