nebulamystic says "eHarmony.com gimmick and waste of time" about eHarmony.com

Signing up with eHarmony.com I felt to be very labor intensive with little to show for it. The pricing is very high with non quality matches. I am finding many of these sites disregard the intensive tests and questions they put you through to secure good matches. I would, if anything get the exact OPPOSITE of what I was searching for after using the importance factor. It all seemed to be disregarded.

Tons of players, if they get banned on one site they usually just makeup a new name and start all over. A good thing about eHarmony is they take your ip address into account so as to avoid these issues and they do commit to this. I never had any luck even finding friends on this site. They are very stringent on rules and though I didn't think what I had in my profile was really all that complex, they couldn't find matches anywhere in the U.S. and once in awhile I would get someone they would say was 98% compatible with their compatibility report and it was completely reverse of what I was looking...
...

nebulamystic says "Plenty of Rotten Fish" about Plenty of Fish

My opinions of these online dating services is with severe caution due to a lot of deception. When I found Plentyoffish.com, one of the of the alluring things was the fact it is free and local oriented. The possibility of actually being able to meet or have a date was a lot more feasible. However, during the search, they pretty much omitted anything I said in my profile and gave me people from other countries when I specifically said West Texas only. That was my first indication that the site is unreliable. I was able to talk locally to a couple of people but unfortunately, I met up with someone for coffee and they swiped $120 from my purse...slick too because I am not fool. I am not saying everyone will endure that experience and I hope they do not.

I also had a lot of empty promises that never amounted to much. Flakey. The site also falsely tells you someone is "online now" and they aren't the system just didn't log them off for hours after they left the site. I was disappointed and...
...

nebulamystic says "I was so hopeful but this scent doesn't last on me at all" about Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau de Toilette Spray

When looking for a new special fragrance for myself since they have long discontinued what i called my "signature fragrance" Kors by Michael Kors :( I did a bit of research. I really love the smell of violets and Daisy by Marc Jacobs had several different kinds in it. Marc Jacobs has always packaged very simply and not so whimsical. I was suprised at the rubber daisy top on the bottle, it looks like a little girl's perfume. I love the smell..it is very light and fresh and not overpowering. I am sure my chemistry just isn't jiving with this stuff, however I really wish they had had a gift set where maybe I could layer this fragrance along with lotion and body wash and really get the full benefit of it. Needless to say I am kind of disappointed and I should have went to the fragrance counter to sniff it first. However, where I am at, they don't even carry new products like this. This would make a perfect gift for a girl graduating to take with her on to college or out in the world. I am...
...

nebulamystic says "Foot Works is fantastic and smells great..foot transformation !" about Avon Foot Works Sloughing Cream

Years ago when Avon first introduced the Footworks line ...there weren't as many products as there are now. This sloughing cream is the perfect consistency so you aren't sitting there rubbing your feet forever until the lotion sinks in. You only have to use a little bit and I use it on any of my rough areas, elbows, knees, ankles, legs..makes shaving more effective! Now the have Watermelon and Coconut scents and you can get the entire set of foot works pedicure items. I love the cooling spray as well. The sloughing cream is certainly the best I have ever used. Believe me I have tried them all and I am very particular about a product living up to its standards. Avon really has improved on a lot of their products growing with the changes and needs of today, I am so glad they have not discontinued this product as of yet and I hope they never do. If you were to only buy one product from the Foot Works line...You simply have to choose the Avon Foot Works Sloughing Cream..you won't be dissapointed....
...

nebulamystic says "Several Plus Sized Stores Wrapped in One! Best Clearance." about onestopplus.com

I had my doubts when first entering this site as the logo is a bit blurry and there is a lot of stuff everywhere. Onestopplus.com has come to be my frequent stops now however. They have clothing from Roamans, Woman Within, Avenue, Jessica London, Chadwick's Woman,Taillissme, Brylane Home, Comfort Choice, Ellos and Kingsize which is a men's big and tall store. I have had a lot of luck with my favored brands (Roaman's and Avenue) in the clearance section of this site! They always have specials and the prices are completely unbeatable. I was surprised at how quickly I got my order too!! You can use your credit card from any of these stores as well..such as Roaman's or Avenue as they are all connected here. I love the clothing it is packaged well, comfortable, good descriptions.

Only drawback that really irritates me (and I told them so) is when you are in the Clearance section, you click a picture and then you go to find the size...it is 14/16 only or it says no longer available...if it is...
...

Being on a strict budget doesn't call for a lot of "extras" in my daily life, but I have to have mascara. My niece and I were willing to try the Maybelline Colossal Mascara as it came in a twin pack buy one get one free. So we parted our mascaras and went our separate ways. I am an avid makeup user and was a makeup artist for 10 years. Some things are worth buying because in the long run they end up being cheaper, others the inexpensive brand performs as well or better as a more luxurious brand cosmetic. After about a week I noticed flaking after I applied it. Then it was just about dried out and clumpy after a week ! I asked my niece what she thought of it and she told me she didn't like it either...it smells weird and makes your eyes water at least mine did. Later, I saved up and bought Lancome's Hypnose Mascara and got a whole pack with it samples and such. Yep...It costs $24.50!!! However, I have had it for 3 months and still performs perfectly is not rancid and just like the day I...
...

It all started with having no coffee pot. I am a diabetic and black coffee actually stimulates insulin production so I have incorporated it to the point of true addiction in my daily life. Before Gevalia, I always revered Taster's Choice instant coffee or Maxwell House. I cannot now stomach either one after having Gevalia coffee. I got the promotion of Coffee Maker and 2 coffees. They are 1/2 pound a piece....and run between $7-$30 yep $30 for some rare blend...most are about $7 and that sounds like a lot when you are used to paying that for a giant canister of Maxwell House...ahhh but wait. The amount you have to use of Maxwell House or Folgers is 5x more than the Gevalia. I drink a pot of coffee about everyday and my gevalia coffee (1 box) will last me about 3-4 weeks~! This is the finest ground superior coffee I have ever tasted. I love the Organic Peruvian and the Rainforest Organic best of all! I enjoy the site and that you can see the acidity the body and they darkness of the roast...
...

Long Long ago...in the stone ages, my first printer was a Lexmark. After the demise and rejection from that extremely unreliable and poorly made printer, I decided to try Epson. I liked the fact that it has individual ink cartridges and you get a lot of use out of them. This All-in-One Espson Stylus NX300 was a great value, it still uses the durabrite ultra ink that you can literally print a photo on photo paper and stick it under water once it is dried and it will not affect it. This particular printer is very efficient, it can distinguish a regular call from a fax call and it has a page feeder, scanner, copier, printer color and bw settings. It is simple to use and reliable. It is a bit bulky but for all it does it really isn't that bad. Plus it is energy efficient which makes me happy as well! Epson is a great brand only second to Canon.
...

First of all, I am not a big fan of Pantene products and their promises over the years. I have tried and tried several of their products and it just tangled my hair up. I have had some trouble finding a shampoo that is not abrasive to my hair and doesn't leave it dull and lifeless. Again I don't want my hair full of static which is usually what I experience if I don't use conditioner...which only builds up and makes my hair ...dull and lifeless. I took another chance on the Ice Shine by Pantene and I immediately was impressed. It truly leaves your hair soft and shiny and tamed. It doesn't build up on your hair and it is now my favorite shampoo! If you haven't tried this, do it, don't settle for any knockoffs like Target sells they just aren't the same. Nice smell and it never disappoints me, I have had so many compliments on my hair now...keeps it tangle free too!~
...

I had wanted an SLR camera for so long but wanted the best for my money. I was never aware that they actually sell them without lenses! I was torn between a nikon and a Canon, however, I decided to get the Rebel XTi 10mpx. Wow...I am the type of person that always cuts off peoples heads in photos or ends up with blurs of abstraction instead of a family portrait.

This camer is fantastic. Put it on automatic and it thinks for you. You can start shooting immediately and if the conditions are less than optimum, it won't take the picture. As I got more comfortable, I enjoyed the macro setting and all the things it has available with clear clean beautful photos. This is a classic it isn't going anywhere and they are more reasonable as far as cost goes. Fantastic digital camera for anyone wanting to explore more than point and shoot. Drawback....lenscap is always falling off or comes off and needs a string or something to control that.
...

nebulamystic says "Nothing like being ignored on the phone 1 hour" about Dell Service plans/Warranties

After purchasing a Netgear ADSL dual band wireless rouuter from Dell, they give you 21 days to turn it back in if there was a problem. Well, while it came I was out of the state dealing with funerals and grieving families, when I got home, there were no wires in the gray plug for the phone line. NONE. The equipment was completely faulty, however dell tells me it is none of their concern since it isn't a dell product.

Why carry other brands which granted are still under warranty that you cannot return due to faulty equipment? I called netgear and was on hold for 1 hour after explaining to the guy 10 times I knew how to plug in a telephone wire and there were no metal receivers on their mode. He literally put me on hold for 1 hour and I finally hung up. This product is under warranty but no one seems to take that into consideration.

I have an Epson all in one printer/scanner for about 2 years now and I cannot say enough good things about it. It is sturdy, it is reliable and it is worth the money which by the way isn't much. I had a Lexmark before and let me tell you that is the biggest joke on earth for printing. The Epson 4800 has never failed me. The ink cartridges do matter however, you MUST buy Epson ink, I had used a refurbished ink that fit my printer and it exploded all over inside. However, once I got it all cleaned up, put the Epson ink in it, no problems at ALL. All the functions work, I use it as a copier and to scan docs for graphic design. Never settle for less, if you really want photos or full control over what you print...buy an Epson. Nothing beats their prices, availability or reliability. You can even print a photo on photo paper and then run it under the tap water and it will NOT bleed! Amazing and wonderful set up perfect for novice and advanced user alike.
...

I have been hesitant for years to take the offer of the Gevalia Coffee I have seen now for years. Regular coffee just made me sick at my stomach. I noticed online how their system works and that they do have organic coffee and the price is reasonable once you taste the quality and the grade of the coffee.

I was delightfully surprised that the coffee maker was a full sized programmable well made machine. I tried the Peruvian Organic first and then Rainforest Organic these coffees are so delicious I can't bear the thought of drinking anything else. They do seem to be highly concentrated and so fine is the ground that I use less actually and get more out of my pot of coffee.

Best thing: No gimmicks, no tricks, nothing up their sleeve. You can even put yourself on vacation and not get any shipments for awhile or cancel altogether. It is my greatest treat any time of the day and my entire family has really enjoyed the coffees!

I purchased a 1994 Camry knowing it had some cosmetic work but was assured it was mechanically sound and was told by the lot, Lawrence Hall Supercenter in Abilene , Texas that their mechanic tested it and it was in good running order.

The CATO Fashion store in Sulphur Springs, TX is atrocious. I actually live far from it and am quite happy about that. There were 2 workers in the store and the store was a mess first of all. Shoes mismatched in boxes and clothes jumbled on racks. I had received an email that they had a clearance going on. So I figured, as I was visiting relatives, I would give them a try. I couldn't find anything clearance so I asked one of the ladies working in there if she could direct me to the clearance and I got an email.

She snapped at me like a dragon and said "We don't have CLEARANCE we only have SALES " and then shewed me off to the racks and said that I would have to dig through those racks at the back. Treating me like I am scum and irritating her. So after putting half of my purchases back, I asked the lady ringing me up where her manager was and she points to the hateful woman that was so rude. I offered to surrender my car due to illness I couldn't get anyone to buy it or them to refinance it at all. They never returned my call. I became very ill and am on permanent disability but they didn't budge at all to refinance me or give me options. They repossessed the car before 90 days and demanded at first $2000 to keep it then it was $3400 3 days later.
I had owned a Focus before and was very pleased, when I upgraded to another Focus only a four door this time in 2006 the quality had plummeted greatly with this product. Think twice before buying from Ford. The service department is slow slow slow and they still have not fixed the seals around the windshield, gas cap and trunk that I have tried to get them to fix from day one driving this brand new car off the lot. The brakes have been nothing but trouble and wore out after only 10,000 miles or less. Save your money, a used toyota is much more worth the time and effort than this car. Says it is partial 0 emissions but you cannot get a tax break on it and no insurance or DMV cuts either. Look elsewhere, my relationship with Ford has tarnished forever....
