mystikvelvet says "Great hand cream that smells pretty good" about LUSH Smitten

I got this hand cream because my hands always get very dry and painfully cracked (mainly my knuckles) in the winter. I've been using this cream for 2 days. My knuckles aren't hurting me anymore, and they're getting softer. I apply this at least twice a day to the backs of my hands. It's quite a relief for my cracked knuckles. This doesn't have a short shelf-life like some other LUSH products, which is a plus. The expiration date on it is 12/25/08. It'll definitely be used up by then!

LUSH's Description:
Deliciously effective almond icing for hands
The delicate, sweet scents of almonds and rose absolute permeate this ultra-nourishing hand cream with coconut butter and wheat germ. One whiff of Smitten and your mind will be transported to a luxurious, sweet place - a marzipan castle, perhaps?

Ingredients: Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis), Marigold Infusion (Calendula officinalis), Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao), Cetearyl Alcohol, Cold Pressed Wheatgerm Oil......

mystikvelvet says "Smells absolutely wonderful, but it's not the best soap ever." about LUSH Honey I Washed the Kids Soap

I walked into the LUSH store in Georgetown (DC), and I just had to smell every soap they had. They sell their soaps in pre-cut chunks of different sizes and weights, priced accordingly. None of the soaps in the store really smelled great to me until I found Honey I Washed the Kids. I bought a small chunk of it. I think I paid about $7.50.

Ingredients: Honey Water (Mel Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Perfume, Beeswax (Cera alba), Sweet Orange Oil (Citrus dulcis), Bergamot Oil (Citrus bergamia), Aloe Vera Extract (Aloe barbadensis), Aloe cupensis), Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, EDTA, Tetrasodium Editronate, Gardenia Extract (Gardenia jasminoides), Titanium Dioxide.

It smells like vanilla and honey. It really does have a nice scent.

I used this soap for a week straight. Unfortunately the smell didn't really linger on my skin afterward. The soap also left my skin feeling tight and dry. You have......
