On top of my yearly fee of $700.00, I had to pay for the LA Lite bars, or other supplements, food etc. seperately, it wasn't included! If I have to spend so much on a program, and then pay extra for my meals at home, and the extras, I think that is a complete rip-off. <br/>Staff can be friendly at times, but there are also a lot of grumps. Wait times for you counsellor meeting are pathetic. I very much disliked the "sign in" system to meet with a counsellor. I think that people should be given an appointment time and with a constant counsellor, not whoever is finished first....
