I tried this several years ago. It is the only diet I stuck to for 2 weeks and gained weight on. I remember being very hungry on this diet....

I used to love weight watchers, but their counting points program leaves me out of points at the end of the day and hungry. This program has too much freedom for me and not enough structure to help me know what I should be eating. The support is great though....

I had bariatric surgery 3 years ago. I had a gastric bypass. I lost 100 lbs of 200 lbs I had to lose. I had it done in another city away from where I live and there was no support for me. I have no clue what I should be eating. They tell you not to drink sodas and eat sweets. I am a sodaholic. I did manage to quit for 6 months after my surgery during which time I lost the first 80 lbs of the 100 lbs I eventually lost. I still can't eat huge meals, but find that now I'm gaining my weight back. I do get hunger pains which the doctors said I shouldn't have. I don't get hungry often. Your not supposed to be able to eats sweet things without getting sick. I don't have that problem....wish I did. Thing is this surgery doesn't fix what is wrong in your head that makes you overeat. If you are a food addict then you need to join overeaters annonymous. If you simply feel hungry all the time and would benefit from a way to limit your intake then this is for you. You......

I really liked TOPS. They are inexpensive way to get moral support when dieting or watching your weight when you want to follow a healthy diet on your own at home. They are even a nice club to join if you are not trying to lose weight and are just wanting to maintain your weight. They have lots of contests to help motivate you and a great convention one a year as well as several other fun things to do in addition to the once a week meetings.

I couldn't stick to this. I was craving carbs so bad after 2 days I quit. This is great if you don't mind not having toast with your breakfast. Some of the recipe's in the book were good. The TV dinners that you can buy are ok but you have to watch what week you are in when buying them....
