mrka1988 says "I am a litte surprised from watching them advertise this on t.v." about Cook's Essential 10 piece cookware set

I have had my cooks essentials cookware for about a year and a half. There are some things I really like about them and some I do not. Anyone who has checked on them knows they are pretty expensive. I love the stainless steel features. I really like that the lid to largest has a built in collander. I don't like the fact that the biggest skillet does not come with a lid. I use the skillet more than any of them. They advertised on the show that they would not scratch, they even took utensils and tried to scratch them on the show, and said that they would not. That is not true. Mine had scratched very shortly after I purchased them. Also the bottoms are made out of steel that is sorta groved, don't really know how to describe them, but anyway they stain a black color, almost as if they had been burnt. I don't like that. They also said that would not happen. However they do come with a warranty. I just did not want to go through the hassle of sending them back and waiting to get some more.
...

I have owned my uniden powermax 2.4 cordless phone for about 5 years. I have been very satisified with the service that I have gotten from it. I have owned several other cordless phones in the past and neither of them have came close to lasting as long as this one. I love the features that it has, such as the caller ID, the call waiting caller ID and the speaker phone. I also love the fact that it comes with a extra handset. It makes it very convenient to put another phone in a separte room without having to have another phone jack. I have 2 children so my uniden cordless phone has been put to the test, it has been dropped, thrown, and hard to tell what else. It has held up very well. I have had cordless phones in the past in which I could hear other people talking on their phones. I did not like the fact that they would pick up another persons conversation. I have not had that problem with my uniden cordless phone. Also I have had problems in the past with my other phones in which over...
...
