      <description>&lt;p&gt;I had to wait 3 weeks for it. Shortly afterwards they attempted to take money from my account for a product I did not order. I called customer service and they said they would take care of it. One week later they charged my account again. I called and was given a run around. After insisting to speak&#160;to a supervisor for over 20 minutes I supposedly got one. He said he could not give me a credit because it had been sent. The first item took over a week to leave the building and this one they said was sent on the first day. He said he did not have the authority to refund my money and I would have to send it back once I got it. He said he would send an email to his superiors and I would hear something back in 24-48 hrs. I also requested a copy of his email to them. I never received that copy. A week has passed and nothing. I don't know how good the ball is because I am too upset with the company to even use it. All I know is this is a very poorly ran operation. They draw you in with a $10...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
