Was a customer for over 25 years. Was involved in an accident which totalled my car... 100% loss. My car was 6 months from being paid off. Though I provided sufficient evidence for the fair market value of my loss, they refused to consider it. They were rude and condescending to me. I got a bit of justice when I was notified of a class action lawsuit against them for doing the same with others several years later. I joined that suit knowing I'd probably never see much out of it.. which I didn't.. but in the hopes that it wouldn't happen to other people. It was a horrific experience trying to deal with Farmer's. Their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. BUYER BEWARE!!...

There are lots of negatives and positives for living in Bakersfield, but having a local state university is definitely a plus! I have lived here for 30 years and the university longer than that!The people who live here are another positive. When you consider the over all cost of a 4 year program ie., tuition, books, transportation and possibly living on-site then compare it to other more expensive cities within a 2-3 hour drive from here.. CSU, Bakersfield is a pretty good deal and a logical choice; especially for those students who don't want to be far from home, but also for those who want the comfortable and small town feel in a fairly large city with all the amenities of larger metropolitan areas....

I've tried over the last 15 - 20 years to find a shampoo that I really could use everyday without drying out my hair, but leave it clean, full of body and shine, and smelling great. I have stood in stores for what felt like hours looking at labels and smelling products. Then in frustration and exhaustion grab something and go. It seemed like I would never find a product that had all the things I wanted and at a reasonable price. That is until now!

As habit would have it, my daughter and I went to the local drugstore to buy a few things, and she ended up buying L'Oreal's Ever Pure Moisturizing Shampoo, while I, on the other hand, bought a recently advertised more expensive "natural" shampoo which was also sulfate-free. I used mine a few days, then, as usual, it just did not meet my expectations.

I sneaked some of my daughter's L'Oreal Ever Pure. Right off, I noticed the fresh smell it had. Nothing that would conflict with my perfume. Secondly, I noticed how clean and tingly my...
