mlz99 says "A inexpensive pump that gets the job done" about Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump

As a first-time breastfeeding mom, I bought this pump thinking that I wouldn't use it that much. I figured that I would just pump occasionally however that wasn't what happened. After my son refused to latch, I decided to pump and bottle feed. At first this pump was great however I soon found out that I need a electric pump to really get the job done as I wanted to continue to breastfeed for as long as I could. While just using this pump occasionally, it worked great. It was very easy to assemble and clean. I loved that it was portable and that I could take it with me very easily. The accessories with this are great. They work with other pumps as well. I wish I could have kept using this however it just made more sense to go with an electric since my son wasn't latching anymore.
...

mlz99 says "Worth Every Penny" about Lansinoh Breast feeding pads

As a first-time parent, I didn't know anything about breast pads. I thought they were all the same. Boy was I wrong. When I started leaking I just went out and bought the cheapest ones I could find. They were horrible. They irritated my skin and didn't really offer any protection. The Lansinoh Breast Pads are wonderful. They held up really well. I never had a problem with leaking when I was wearing these. They were undetecable under my shirts as well. No outline could be seen and that was a nice perk. I also appreciated the fact that they stayed in place. They weren't shifting all over and never had to adjust them. The adhesive backing really kept them in place. For not being very bulky they were quite absorbant. I never experienced any type of rash or irritation from these either. While I realize that they are quite expensive considering they are disposable, they are worth every penny. I would recommend these to any breastfeeding mother who is experiencing...
...

mlz99 says "A must for breastfeeding moms" about Lansinoh Lanolin Breast Cream

My lactation consultant had recommended this product to me during my first time breastfeeding my son. I would never breastfeed another baby without this product. Not only did it heal my already sore/cracked nipples it prevented that from happening again. This product is wonderful. I love that you don't have to worry about taking it off to feed your baby. It is completely safe to have on during a feeding. While I agree it can be a pain to get out of the tube it really is a blessing to have on hand. A little goes a long way so the cost is not bad considering how long a tube will last you. I have found other uses for this as well. I use this for chapped lips/cheeks and chins when my son is teething. It really help protect his skin from all the drooling. This also works extremely well as a diaper cream. My son typically gets diaper rash when he is cutting teeth. At the first sign of the rash I apply the Lansinoh Cream and it clears it right up. There are so many...
...

mlz99 says "Well worth the cost" about Dr. Brown's BPA Free Baby Bottle

I was really hesitant to use these bottles because of the extra parts however, once I got past that I will never use any other type of bottle. My newest son has severe reflux and was very colicky and everyone suggested that I try these bottles but the thought of the extra parts really turned me off. I finally decided to use these bottles and they have been a blessing for us. It really take no extra time to clean the extra parts or assemble the bottle. I don't know what I was afraid of with these. They really help my son with controlling the amount of bubbles he swallows. I would recommend these to anyone.

A word of caution though, if you are going to be going out make sure you use the seals that come with the bottles. I have had these bottles leak in the diaper bag when the bag gets tipped over. If you put the seals on before putting them in the diaper bag you will have a clean diaper bag otherwise make sure to bring extra wipes.
...

mlz99 says "The only forward facing seat I would buy" about Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 Car Seat

I knew that once my son turned forward facing that this would be the last seat I would buy. I am so happy with this seat. I love that it will grow with my child from a forward facing harness, to a highback booster to a no back booster. It truly is the last seat you will buy once you turn forward facing. It installs very easily and my son just loves his big-boy seat.
...

mlz99 says "The best stroller around" about Chicco KeyFit

We originally bought a Graco stroller system for our son however after seeing the Chicco Keyfit stroller system, we took it back and bought it instead. This system is so easy to use. I love that the carrier just snaps into the stroller and the base. No hassle. I also love that the stroller folds one-handed. I didn't want to have to worry about lifting a heavy stroller and the Chicco is very lightweight. It is also very guy-friendly. My husband does not have to lean over to push the stroller. The handles are positioned very well for both men and women. I can not say enough positive things about this stroller system. You will not be disappointed if you decide to purchase it....

mlz99 says "Great for limited space." about Fisher-Price Space Saver High Chair

We bought the Fisher-Price Space Saver since we do not have a lot of room in our kitchen and I did not want a huge piece of baby gear taking up even more space. I am really happy and glad that we bought this product. It is so easy to use. The tray is easy to clean and has yet to stain even though my son loves to play in his spaghetti. The covering on the chair removes easily so you can really clean out the mess. It is also nice to be able to put it away and not have to forfeit one of my dining room chairs when I have company over if my son is not eating with us. I can just take off it the chair and replace it when they leave. My only complaint is that the straps on my chair have since broken however it did last us 1.5 yrs. I would buy this again in a heartbeat....

mlz99 says "Great for babies with reflux" about Playtex Ventaire Baby Bottles

My son had terrible reflux and I was looking for anything that would help him. After talking with other moms and my pediatrician, I decided to try the Playtex VentAire bottles. I bought the wide neck style so as not to confuse my son. These were a lifesaver. My son did so much better at eating with these.

I will admit that there are a lot of parts to these bottles however I personally believe less than the Dr. Brown's. Since I don't have a dishwasher they can be time consuming to clean however to me they really are worth it. Also you have to make sure that you put the disc in correctly at the bottom or they will leak. Once you do it a couple of times you get used to it.

I really am so glad that I decided to try these bottles. I will definately be using them again for my new baby.

...
