It sounded crazy the first time I bought this but I wanted to try something new and something different than what my body was used to.  I can say that if you are eating very low fat foods, then this product will barely help you as it only takes away a certain percentage of the fat you consume; however if you are eating a healthy, lower fat foods, then this product is perfect for you.  Do not take Alli if you eat high fat foods, because it will go right through you and may be embarrassing.  I was very careful in the beginning, but found that I was only eating 10-15 grams of fat per day.  Take the 25% that it holds onto and disposes of and it was only helping me with a maximum of 1/2 a month.. For me the money wasn't worth 1/2 of fat per month, but if I was to eat around 25-30 grams of fat per day, it was efficient and worked well while making the money I spent worth it.  So, don't take this......
