      <description>Have used the Citi Upromise Platinum Select Mastercard for the last 2 years and I still love it.&amp;nbsp; I am able to save 1% of my purchases in my Upromise account for my children's education.&amp;nbsp; There is no annual fee, but the APR is a bit higher than some of my other credit cards.&amp;nbsp; The payment due date also changes, which can be a hassel.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The website makes it easy to make payments online and keep track of your account.&amp;nbsp; Another great feature is that you can add your picture to the card and get online security account numbers to use when shopping online.&amp;nbsp; I have not used these features yet, but it is nice to know they are out there if I ever want to take advantage of them. &amp;mdash; Overall I have not had any real problems with this card and so far have saved a good amount for my children's education. &amp;mdash;... </description>
