I had both one on either side of me at my old job and I so like Caribou better. It smells better and the hot choco there is to die for too! Just the plain old cup of Caribou coffee with or with out cream out shines Starbucks. My older dogs all have one and sleep in them when they are tired and want some quiet time we don't bother them when thay are in their Petmate Kennel. I have use a Petmate Training kennel for house training all of my 4 dogs and it was simple easy and less stressful on the dogs and their people. This is the way to go Patmate Wire training Kennels! I take it with when we travel it folds down oan fits in my car its so easy to clean and I put a nice rug over the top so its not so Kennel looking. It being a Wire Kennel is great it has good air flow. Loven it... I called Dyson emailed them and all they said was it didn't loose suction did it? Some customer service I don't need and address for a repair store I already know where to take it I wanted them to comp the cost after all it did break twice in 2 years and it does cost 500 bucks I thought this was the LAST vacuum I was going to ever have to buy! Not so I had to scrap together more cash and bought a Dirt devil its loud as all heck but it actually has Better suction than the Dyson  SO SAVE YOUR MONEY and get something else...
