minniefan says "Dawn for dishes and laundry" about Dawn Dish Soap

I have always liked Dawn the best for dishes. It cuts grease like no other dishwashing liquid and cleans great. I was already sold on the product. One day I splashed some grease on the shirt I was wearing and figured it was a lost cause. I decided that since Dawn cut grease so well on the dishes, maybe it would work on my shirt. I poured some onto the spots and threw it into the wash. It came out with no grease stains. I was thrilled....

minniefan says "Cleans so many things...including crayon marks." about Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

The first time I tried Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, I was hooked! I have used these to clean handprints off walls, crayons off of the table, and soapscum from the stainless steel sink. The Magic Eraserers make cleaning easy and there is no need for harmful chemicals. I can give a Magic Eraser to my six-year-old and have him help clean the kitchen appliances with no worries. I think they are definitely worth the money....

minniefan says "Cleans baked on stuff with no problem." about Clorox Clean Up

I have been using Clorox Clean-Up for quite awhile and I love it. I have kids who tend to cook on the stovetop, sill, and leave it there. By the time I get around to cleaning it (or making them clean it) it is usually pretty well baked on to the stovetop. I spray the mess with Clorox Clean-Up, walk away for a few minutes, come back and wipe it up. The only problem I have with this product is the smell. ...

minniefan says "Can you say "Disgusting?"" about Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal

I LOVE banana anything so naturally when I saw this weight control banana nut flavored Quaker oatmeal I was very excited. I couldn't wait to try it. I wish I had. It is disgusting! It certainly does not taste anything like bananas. It certainly does not taste like banana nut bread. UGGH!!!! The artificial sweetner taste is horribly overpowering. The consistancy of this stuff is really weird too. I usually really like oatmeal, but this stuff was like wallpaper paste. I found no redeeming quality in this product at all....

minniefan says "I have been cooking with this stuff for years" about Lipton Onion Recipe Soup & Dip Mix

I have been using Lipton Soup mix for years. My favorite thing to make with Lipton Soup mix is beef roast in the crockpot. It takes only seconds to prepare a good hot meal. Just throw in some carrots, potatoes, onions, any cut of beef roast, the Lipton Soup mix and a little water and you're done. Eight hours later you are eating a flavorful, tender meal. I wouldn't make a beef roast without it. One of these days I will get ambitious enough to try some of the recipes on the box....

minniefan says "I really like Life Water" about Sobe - Life Water

I tried Sobe Lifewater because I found them for $1.00 at Wal-Mart and they had a tear-off coupon pad for 50 cents off. I like Vitamin Water so I figured that I would try the Life Water. I really like the Cherry-Pomegranite flavor. I am not really sure how much the things they put in it really work, but I found the drink refreshing and not overly sweet....

minniefan says "Tastes great, waiting to see if they work" about Promise Activ Super Shots

I am a Bzzagent and tried these as part of a campaign. I really liked the taste, but I thought the price was ridiculously high. recently I had a cholesterol test and found out that my cholesterol was over 300. I really don't like the idea of going on medicine, so while I wait to get into the doctor I have decided to give these Supershots a try. The drinks contain plant sterols which have been proven to reduce LDL cholesterol. I have just purchased a third box of the Supershots and plan on drinking one a day until my doctor's appointment to see if my levels will really go down. I have recommended them to several people....
