Liberty Mutual just happens to be my companies Workers Comp Insurance.  In the beginning of my claim I didn't have a problem.  However my claim lasted longer than even I anticipated. My work related injuries included the upper part of my body. Since August 2000 I have had 7 major surgeries. </p><p>To make a long story short this year I receive a report from my case manager denying me any futher medical treatments. I am still having the same problems that I had from the very beginning,  now without medical care from Workers Comp. I have Medicare and United Health Care but I can't use my coverage to take care of my Workers Comp Injuries. I would rate them at a level 1.  </p><p>What am I to do?</p>...
