mikepet says "nice IRA service" about Fidelity Investments www.fidelity.com

I like their IRA accounts because there are no annual fees and because I have the ability to make stock trades online. I also like that they have people available that I can call if I need information, but they don't bother me otherwise. The only bad thing I've noticed is that their commissions are higher for trades of more than 1000 shares. It's cheaper to break the trades up into multiple 1000 share trades than to make a single trade of more than 1000 shares....

mikepet says "the best place to search for airline tickets" about Kayak

This is the best site I've found for airline ticket searches. It pays to sign up for an account because that gives you access to flexible search options and it allows the web site to remember your recent searches. The only negative I've found is that it doesn't allow you to search certain airlines--particularly Southwest. But I think this is true of all the other sites, too....

mikepet says "easy to earn points" about e-rewards

The good things about e-rewards are that they don't send too many e-mails, it's easy to earn a lot of points, and their rewards are handled quickly. The bad thing is that the dollar values of the rewards are way too high compared to the actual value of the reward and they don't let you use the same reward twice with a certain amount of time (3 month period, I think)....

mikepet says "painfully slow" about My Coke Rewards

The web site is painfully slow to log into and to submit codes to. Also, the rewards are not very appealing....

mikepet says "great site for earning rewards" about MyPoints

My wife and I have both been using mypoints for several years now and have earned great rewards. They don't send too many e-mails and it's much easier to earn points than with many other sites....
