mgk36 says "Bowflex - Better than the rest but not all what the TV ads claim" about Bowflex Xtreme Se Gym

I am sure all, or most of you have seen the Bowflex TV commercial, about an overweight person loosing a ton of weight and getting a 6-pack in no-time. Thats Bull! Well, maybe possible if you can dedicate atleast 6 hours of your day to workingout with the Bowflex. Well i cant do that, I have a life.

I bought the Bowflex extreme SE earlier this year. I was just browsing around to see what I can add to my home gym and i noticed that bowflex was having a % off and free shipping sale that was to end in approx. 2 hours and 12 mins. I took the bait and ordered the Bowflex. It was not untill next morning that i realized that Bowflex resets their sale time counter back to 24 hours at the end of the previous "24 Hour ONLY" sale period. So if you for some reason cant make the current sale period, dont sweat. There will be another one soon.

In all honesty, i did get a pretty sweet deal on the Bowflex. It took me about 4 hours by myself, to assemble this one. I have been working out on this, for the...
...

mgk36 says "Great machine and more for the Price!" about Nautilus Schwinn 418 Elliptical Trainer

I bought this product on amazon.com about 5 months ago. The shipment arrived promptly and I had to schedule a date and time for delivery as they will not leave it unsigned in front of the house. Took me about 2 hours or so (working by myself) to put this together. Instructions are fairly simple and comes with all the required tools.

Since the day I put it together, I have been using this for atleast 40 mins per day, 4 times a week. It is a great product and is pretty effective, I could feel the difference in my lower body in about 2 weeks or so. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I have used the more expensive, club quality precor elliptical trainers (@ $3000.00) and have found this much more better and effective. The only drawback would be the calorie counter and the distance/speed counter (this is a common issue with most equipment including treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals, stair climbers, and all). Deducting 25% from the calorie counter will give a much more accurate measure......
