meviewpoints says "VERY COOL" about AVEDA Intensive Hydrating Masque

AVEDA has a tremendous array of facial masks available. Their Intensive Hydrating Masque is the one I have currently been using because I have dry skin. It can be used weekly however I find that even though I would get better results were I to use it weekly I typically only use it once a month due to my busy schedule (if you want a more thorough treatment you can locate an AVEDA concept spa and receive a facial from a licensed esthetician who will evaluate your skin and make appropriate recommendations). This is a hydrating, oil-free masque that contains potent, plant-derived humectants. It cools and rehydrates with a aloe, kelp and lavender, and calms with rosewater. After cleansing with the Botanical Kinetics Purifying Creme Cleanser I exfoliate with the Tourmaline Charged Exfoliating Cleanser, and then apply a thick layer of the Intensive Hydrating Masque to my face and throat. Don't put it on you eyelids or lips and leave on for 10 minutes. I use before showering because then I can...
...

meviewpoints says "Refreshing" about AVEDA Botanical Kinetics Exfoliant

AVEDA has an awesome Botanical Kinetics Exfoliant which I like and would recommend to others. It is best used at night after cleansing, instead of toning. Just put some on a cotton ball or cotton square and gently wipe over face and neck. Do not rinse the exfoliant before moisturizing with the Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Lotion, and be sure to avoid the sensitive eye area and around the lips because the Botanical Kinetics Exfoliant does contain salicylic acid. AVEDA says it is gentle enough for all skin types to use every night, however I have dry skin and can only use it every other night or sometimes 3 times per week (I think because of the salicylic acid - I get irritated pink sore skin if used to often). Then once a week on a night I would not be using the Botanical Kinetics Exfoliant I use AVEDA's Tourmaline Charged Exfoliating Cleanser (after I cleanse with the Botanical Kinetics Purifying Creme Cleanser - I find it works best for me when done this way). This is a great product for...
...

meviewpoints says "Smooth" about AVEDA Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Lotion

AVEDA has a superb Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Lotion which contains emollients derived from the coconut and jojoba plants which replenish moisture, and it also has a camomile and lavender blend to assist in promoting a soft, supple skin texture. This fast absorbing lotion is liberally applied to the neck and face after cleansing and toning, both in the morning and evening. I like that it is not thick and sinks into my skin quickly. The attractive green bottle has a pump top and you only need one pump for your whole face and neck. AVEDA has a great recycling program for the Botanical Kinetics glass bottles - just return them to the AVEDA store where you make your purchase; they deliver the used bottles to an artist in Atlanta, GA who makes jewelry from the used bottles, which are then sold in AVEDA stores nation wide. I only return my used 16.9oz bottles since I refill my 1.7oz bottles from them. You can purchase AVEDA's Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Lotion in a 1.7oz travel size which...
...

AVEDA has two wonderful facial toners in their Botanical Kinetics line. The Botanical Kinetics Skin Firming/Toning Agent (which is the one I use, developed for mature skin) and their Botanical Kinetics Toning Mist (for normal to oily skin). The gorgeous green bottle has a misting pump top and after you cleanse your face you simply spray it on your face (avoiding eyes) from 8 to 12 inches away and use your fingertips to spread the toner. If you don't enjoy the spray feature you can simply mist onto a cotton ball or square and swipe over your face. After the toner absorbs into your skin you can then liberally apply the Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Lotion. Tone after each time you cleanse, morning and evening. They are available in a 1.7oz travel size which retails for $9.00 (I keep this size next to the bathroom sink since it takes up less space than the large size and just take it with me in my overnight bag when traveling). There are also a 5oz size (has the misting pump top) that sells...
...

meviewpoints says "Gentle" about AVEDA Botanical Kinetics Purifying Creme Cleanser

AVEDA has a fabulous facial cleanser; Botanical Kinetics Purifying Creme Cleanser which is designed for those who have normal to dry skin, like me. This cleanser does not lather (which I prefer) and feels more like a lotion when applied. The beautiful green bottle has a pump top and you only need one pump per use. Because it is a concentrated product you only need a little to go a long way and are encouraged by the manufacture to add more water to the product to make it work properly, not add more product (which is wasteful). This allows for the product to last longer, and you won't have to purchase as often. Produce can be used in the morning and evening; smooth over damp face and throat, rinse with warm water and pat dry. This cleanser works best when paired with the AVEDA Botanical Kinetics Skin Firming/Toning Agent or Botanical Kinetics Toning Mist, and the Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Lotion. It comes in a 1.7oz travel size which retails for $9.50 (I have this size and set it on the...
...

meviewpoints says "Tasty!" about Kraft - Philadelphia Spinach & Artichoke Cream Cheese Spread

Publix supplied me with the new Kraft Spinach & Artichoke Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I enjoyed the taste and spread it on plain bagels and ate it for breakfast and also took it to work. It is definitely a good item to have on hand and serve as a snack at a party and could be used on many different kinds of crackers, as a veggie dip or spread on French bread. A larger size would be nice for family picnic's, office bbq's, and other gatherings. I believe it would also be able to be added to recipes instead of Kraft plain Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
...

Every day I take one half of a Nature Made Multi for her 50+ vitamin in the morning and the other one half in the evening. These are iron free and each one provides 100% of your daily recommended amount of Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Panthothenic Acid, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Chronium, and Molybdenum. In the morning I break on in half (due to their size) and swallow with a fruit smoothie and in the evening I take the other half with dinner because it is suggested that they be taken with a meal.
...

The Eight O'clock Coffee company has many varieties of coffee; Original, Decaffeinated Original, 100% Colombian, Decaffeinated 100% Colombian, Bokar, French Roast, Dark Italian Roast, 50% Decaffeinated, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, and Mocha. These are offered in 12 ounce and 36 ounce ground or whole bean bags. My favorite is the whole bean 100% Colombian, which I use every morning. I begin by grinding the coffee beans in my Braun coffee grinder and transferring the coarse grounds to my Starbucks Travel Press. I then add water boiled in my Krups cordless kettle and steep for about five minutes (I prefer strong coffee). I enjoy drinking my coffee on the commute to work. Eight O'clock Coffee is economical and tasty!
...

The Braun White KSM2-WH Aromatic Coffee Grinder can grind up to two and one half ounces of coffee beans at a time. It has stainless steel blades and a one hundred fifty watt motor which does not overheat the coffee beans and the cord wraps around the base for storage. This coffee grinder is very simple to use; add desired amount of coffee beans to grinder and secure the lid. Depress the button on top to grind to desired consistency. Pour into coffee maker press. Also works well to grind flax seeds to be added to baked goods. Surface wipes clean with a damp cloth.
...

I believe the 20 oz Starbucks Barista Thermal Travel Press creates a better cup of coffee than any electric drip coffee maker on the market. Very easy to use; coarsely grind two and one half ounces of fresh coffee beans and place in the bottom of the travel press. Pour water that has just come to a boil into the travel press with enough room to add the press and lid without over flowing. Secure the lid with the plunger handle completely extended. Allow the coffee to steep to your desired strength, usually two to seven minutes. Slowly plunge the handle all the way down so the screen contains the grounds at the bottom of the travel press. Let cool to desired temperature and drink on the go.
...

This Stainless Steel Krups AquaControl Cordless Electric Kettle is a breeze to use, and I truly enjoy using it every morning to brew coffee and sometime again later in the day for tea. After filling with a quality filtered water (no tap water - the chemicals alter the waters taste), you just set it on the base and push the on button. It automatically turns itself off when the water begins to boil. After turning it on I grind my coffee beans and place them in my coffee press for a perfect cup of coffee. I also use me coffee press with loose tea to steep the perfect cup of tea.
...

I have been using Revlon Colorsilk hair color for over 2 years now. I have tried different shades and am happiest with the darker tones. My natural hair color is dark brown and grey, and when I used the light blonde colors the color always turned out strawberry red. The dark blonde looked fairly good, and the dark brown is the best for me. It doesn't always cover all of the grey, however the color lasts a long time and is inexpensive!
...
