metalmav says "No jitters, works if you use it right." about Alli Fat Burner Diet Pills

I started taking Alli because I had recently put on some weight. The greatest thing I can say about this product is that its the only diet supplement I've found that doesn't use stimulants. Ive tried other pills that made me jittery or kept me up all night, so I needed something that was caffeine and stimulant free. This does have side effects, but I think that Alli may have gotten a bad rap as far as that goes. In my experience I've found that if I don't eat large amounts of fat I don't get any side effects at all. If I screw up on my diet and eat a lot of crap, then I do. I think for me this is the best thing about Alli. It gives me the willpower that I don't normally have. Knowing that I will get those side effects keeps me from eating the foods that I shouldn't be eating anyway. I know this isn't a long term solution, but my hope is that this can be used as an aid while I become accustomed to eating right and generally living a healthier lifestyle. The bottom line......

metalmav says "Hate to exercise, but love this machine" about Total Gym Fitness Quest 1700 Club

I should start off by saying that I am definitely not an exercise freak or very athletic at all. I exercise because I want to stay in shape, but I certainly don't enjoy it. With that being said, I love the Total Gym. Out of every piece of equipment that I've bought over the years (and there has been a lot!) this is the only thing I've kept and still use. I have an older model, so I can't really say anything about the specifics of the current models, but this really is the easiest, quickest workout I've ever done, and it actually works. It pretty much works your entire body and even though it doesn't give the same cardio as something like a treadmill, it can get your heartrate going. I highly recommend it....

metalmav says "Great, then not so great, maybe great again" about Prison Break

When Prison Break first came on I was obsessed with this show. The first two seasons were great, but I remember reading that the show wasn't going to last many years because it wouldn't have anywhere to go. However, it seemed with the third season that they decided what the hell its a hit show lets just keep it going. I have to say I was not into that season and started wishing they would have ended it after season two. With that being said, after watching the beginning of this season I think it may be coming back. I remember thinking if they end up in another jail I'm going to lose it. Fortunately, they went a different way and so far its working out well. I would highly recommend watching the first two seasons to get the best of the series, though....
