Thay have to be dropped off by 9 am and they call you when the dogs are done. I took my two boys in for grooming snd did not receive a call back. Around 2:30 I phoned, concerned cause of bathroom breaks and the older one does not eat early int he morning he eats later in the afternoon. WHen I phoned in the lady assured me that if they had been there that long that they would be let out and walked. And that treats ans water were provided for any animal there for over so many hours. I felt a bit at ease by this. Around 5 p.m. I was called to pick them up. When I did, both could hardly make it out the door before having to use the restroom. When they got home they consumed two large bowls of water letting me know that they had not been provided the care she stated. Both ate as if starved and I am sure they were. I had an e-gift certificate, which is quite common now.  However there was no place for me to enter it on-line and when I phoned customer service the first person was too incompetent to  assist me in utilizing the certificate of canceling the order. When they phoned me about a new plan. I was cautious and asked tons of questions but the lady assured me that my plan would not change and I would still have all my settings and discounts. Well needless to say that is not what happened I had to change my plan and ended up having my plan changed for me twice. I was so upset by their lack of competence and poor customer service that I paid the cancellation fee and ended my contract. Now they are still trying to charge me the new plan cancellation fees instead of honoring my original plan that I was told from the beginning that would be done. — Besides even when I did have them the text and Internet packages are not really that good. You can not get pic text unless you have the Internet package, which when I was with verizon you could no problem. I also had several dropped calls.
