mellowdee says "Yeah ummmm not so much...." about Huggies Natural Fit Diapers

I have tried Huggies Supreme on several different occassions with all three of my boys but did not have as positive of an experience as most did here with them.

For some reason or another I've noticed that the smell of what's in the diaper is so strong when using Huggies. I'm talking about number 1 not number 2. Don't get me wrong, a full diaper or that first change of the morning isn't going to come up like roses but I don't have the problem with Pampers Cruisers which is the brand I always go back to.

On a more positive note, I will say that I do like Huggies Sensitive and Soft Skin wipes. They aren't what I always select but it it isn't Kirkland Brand wipes which I have tried and surprisingly loved that I am purchasing then it is Huggies Sensitive or Soft Skin wipes.

Good luck to all with parenting and your babies! Take care.
...

mellowdee says "If you like shimmer, look no further" about Urban Decay Shadow Box Skull Mirrored Compact Eye Shadow

Urban Decay shadows are one of my three favorite of to use. I must say from the beginning mostly all of their shadows have lots of shimmer. If that is not something you like then you may not care for them as much. You may find that the shimmer in the product makes your eyes itch a bit, as one of them in particular does to me. Or the shimmer falls from your eyes a bit but to be honest this I don't mind as much. It kind of gives you a glow and can be brushed off if it bothers you.

This Skull Mirrored Eye Shadow palette is one of a few I have by Urban Decay and I like it. My favorite palette is the Ammo Eye Palette. This Box Skull palette is more shimmering than the Ammo Eye. However, I like the rich pigment of all their eye shadows. My favorite color in this palette is shattered. I get a lot of compliments when using Urban Decay shadows and think you will too!

I also am 30 and though I don't use them every day, I don't think I am too old to wear any shadows from this...
...

mellowdee says "Here's good natural coverage" about BeneFit Some Kind-A Gorgeous

This happens to be one of the many products by Benefit that I really like. I have to say though, if you have problem skin or prefer medium to heavy coverage...you probably won't like this product too much.

When I began using this product it was only sold on one shade but is now sold in two for those who have darker skin. You will be reluctant in thinking the one shade covers mostly all skin tones but it somehow does!

It is very creamy and evens things out just nicely but won't cover up blemishes too well. It is oil-free which is a plus for me. I don't think it is pore clogging at all but a girlfriend of mine does. I should also say that I don't feel it provides long lasting coverage. You might have to reapply at some point. For those of you who are looking for lightweight creamy coverage give it a whirl, let me know what you think when you do.
...

mellowdee says "Touch Me....Then Touch Me Again...." about Benefit Cosmetics Bathina "Touch Me Then Try To Leave" Cream 4.75 oz

Touch Me Then Try To Leave Body Cream is another one of Benefit's fun cosmetics. Packaged very cute like everything else Benefit makes. This cream is a very smooth and rich but feels light when applied. It makes your skin feel satiny smooth and makes you feel flirty like it's name.

I highly recommend this cream and suggest using the Bathina Body So Fine Balm after the cream or by itself. You will love the silky soft finish both these products give you. It will make it irresistable to not touch you.
...

mellowdee says "One of my Top Three Faves" about BeneFit Dear John Moisturizer

I am a HUGE Benefit Cosmetics fan and have used pretty much all of their products. Their line of cosmetics are of great value, great quality and really fun. Like everything else there are a few that I can do without or prefer a different brand but for the most part I love Benefit !

Dear John is an ultra rich cream that you can use either day or night. It doesn't leave your face feeling greasy at all. It leaves your face feeling lustrous. The only and I mean only drawback to this facial cream is that is doesn't contain SPF. So if you want to use it for daytime you still have to apply some type of SPF protection.

This cream along with mostly all of Benefit's cosmetics are fun. I promise you won't be disappointed.
...

mellowdee says "Love Lancome but Fatale -- No Way" about Lancome Fatale Mascara, Brown

Ok so let me say that I bought this product a couple years back when it first debuted. I never test Lancome products really especially mascara because I have found that all of their products work very well. However, Fatale was a total different story. I used it twice and tossed it out. It is my understanding that Lancome changed their brush from when the mascara first released which is a GOOD thing.

I'm not so sure if the mascara itself was bad mascara but the applicator was horrible. It made for the worst, clumpiest looking lashes. It was such a disappointment. Lancome mascara is a staple for me and was the first mascara I found to really give me dramatic looking lashes. What they were thinking when they released Fatale, I don't know? Again, I heard they changed the brush but even so I wouldn't try out this mascara again. I would stick to Difinicils Pro , High Difinicils or Hypnose. Those three are never let downs in my book and I am sure you will find they won't be...
...

mellowdee says "Love These Lashes" about Chanel Exceptionnel De Chanel Mascara

I purchased this product right around Christmastime. In the past, I have been extremely happy with Chanel Inimitable Mascara and didn't want to spoil a good thing by trying Exceptionnel de Chanel it but thought....how bad could it be, it's Chanel!

I am so glad I made that decision because I absolutely fell in love with the dramatic look this mascara gave me. It really does deliver intense volume and does not smudge. I have fallen asleep while wearing this mascara and had no smudges or broken lashes the next morning.

I seldom need a second coat with this product. Now, I must say the brush DOES take some getting used to but you will soon find that it is the Mercedes-Benz of mascara brushes. The trick is you have to twist the wand in order to get the look you want. If you just do the old fashioned up and down motion you might not think this is such a great mascara. The wand is has six sides and gives such nice dramatic results. At $30, I admit it is a bit pricey, especially...
...

mellowdee says "Nobody likes a Big Tease, At least not me..." about Bare Escentuals Big Tease Mascara Blackest Black

Another Mascara I tried and didn't see what the big buzz is AT ALL. I think I should say that I use Bare Escentuals Mineral Powder and am pretty pleased with the results. That doesn't mean everything they put out will be as great.

When I used this mascara I nothing popped at all. It was kinda like using clear mascara. It didn't clump much which I think should be said and is a pro. I think two coats of mascara should be the max a girl should use but this one was ridiculous. I think I may have lost count of how many coats I applied and didn't see much of a change in the end. LOL There was not much of a length difference. I noticed it was very runny. I work 12-hour shifts in an ER and heaven forbid I have to rub my eyes when wearing this mascara. I like trying new cosmetic products but take my word for it on this one and put the $20 bucks this one costs to a Lancome or Chanel counter if your looking for some eyelashes that pop!
...

mellowdee says "Yeah, uh, not so much..." about Rimmel London Eye Magnifier Eye Opening Mascara

I tried Rimmel London Eye Opening Mascara a while back and did not like the results it gave. For me, it gave me a clumpy, extremely dry look and if I attempted a second coat, forget about it. I have to say I didn't think the brush was so bad. I actually liked it somewhat. However, I ended up tossing the mascara because after giving it a few tries and trying to be optimistic, the look I got was the same. Everyone is different and if it works for you, great but for me....not so much! I don't think by any means do I know it all, but when it comes to mascara, I like to try them all. This one just didn't do it for me. I'd rather take the $7 it costs and purchase Neutrogena Healthy Volume or L'Oreal Telescopic.

...

I would say that I am really big on Cosmetics and I have a fettish for Mascara. I don't really care what the price is...assuming I have the extra money. I am very picky about clumps and smearing. Though Lancome, Chanel and MAC Zoom are my all time favorite picks, I have to say L'Oreal Telescopic is one of my two favorite Target/drug store picks. I like the brush and the separation it gives. I purchased the black and think it gave me a pretty nice every day look. No clumps....for a bit more of a dramatic look I use the Carbon Black.
...

I am a mother of three boys so rashes aren't anything new to me....or nice and I agree completely with Robmer's post in that this is the BEST stuff and I have tried nearly all of the creams out there!

However, I work in a hospital and I can tell you that the honest to goodness best thing solution for diaper rash is.....AIR. If you just let them go commando after they do number 2 for about 15-30 minutes and do this as often as possible your poor baby's rash will be gone sooner than you believe. It works for me every time. When you have to go out or for overnight help with a rash definitely....use PINXAV!
...

I LOVE Benefit products! They are fun and overall great cosmetics however, I was not impressed with Bad Gal Lash. I heard such raves over it and found it was really just average mascara. I like boom, dramatic eyes and lashes and this doesn't do either....
