She tells me that I can only take it for three months because the effects on your body with long term use. The first 3 or 4 days I took it, I loved it. I wasn't hungry and had energy! Then it started making me very moody and sick in the evenings. So, I stopped taking it for a week. The next week, I started by taking a half of a pill in the morning only, then I increased to a half in the morning and a half at lunch time. Once I got used to that, I increased back up to the one full pill in the morning and am doing great with it. I do keep a bad taste in my mouth, which is a side effect, as well as my dry mouth. I don't have any problems with the jitters or getting sick anymore. This pill is definately not for everyone and there are serious risks involved with taking it, especially with long term use....
