I am always amazed at how great their customer service is. They have a fantastic mileage reward program. I enjoy the fact that it only takes 20,000 miles to earn a free flight. I fly for business quite often and always fly on Alaska. I am impressed with how their service has expanded and they are continuing to offer new areas to travel... I expected to see something happen when the water hit the bar. Instead I just watched the bar dissolve down the drain. I felt like my money was being washed down the drain for nothing. I had really high hopes that this product would offer some relief for my sinus infection. I definately would not recommend this product to a friend....
