megaggy says "Watch shows in less time and when you want" about ABC Full Episode Player

We love to use this to watch Lost and a couple other shows. Our TV reception isn't always great (we don't have cable) and our small kids make it hard to watch TV shows when they air. It didn't always work super great, but this season it has worked beautifully. When I did watch an episode of a program on the air I thought, "wow, there are so many commercials!" Much better to watch them...

megaggy says "We love, love, love Netflix!" about Netflix

As parents of two young kids we don't get out much! We basically only watch movies at home on DVD. We're too cheap to go to a rental place (they've always seemed expensive and never had a very good selection at any particular time). So we just started borrowing movies from the library. That was free, but you had to go often to possibly get anything good (you couldn't request a movie) and you only had a week to watch it ($1 a day late fee too). — Netflix is so awesome because we get to pick whatever movie you want (even Simpsons episode DVDs!!) and they send it right to your mailbox. We've gotten every one we wanted in the order we wanted so far (haven't asked for any brand new ones yet). All of ours have worked too. I don't mind the turn around time (for us it;s been about one day in between sending it back and getting a new one) —...

megaggy says "Just doesn't do it for me" about Avon Avon Foundation

I have oily skin and some breakouts. I haven't had much luck with Avon foundations. The liquid smells funny and looks funny on my skin ( I tried using my fingers to apply as well as a foundation brush). The cream to powder looked better but it came off on anything that got near my face. The mineral foundation is so limited in color choices- I never found the right color. I really wanted to find one that would work for me but I haven't...

megaggy says "Overall a great magazine with interesting articles and cool idea" about Better Homes and Gardens

I've been getting BHG for a couple of years now. I'm a 27 yo mom of two and own a small house. I enjoy the magazine because they've started putting in more ideas for small homes: storage ideas, decorating ideas for small places, etc. They do still have articles featuring large and expensive homes but there seems to be something for every body. I also enjoy some of the recipes. I just skip over the gardening articles at this point since I have a backyard about the size of a postage stamp. ...

megaggy says "handy for cleaning and reasonably durable." about Clorox Disinfecting Wipes

These are pretty handy for cleaning up litle messes. The last ones in the bottle are quite juicy though. I guess you could dump out the excess liquid when it gets to that point. ...
