I've had many disappointing experiences at this Starbucks. It used to be on my way to work-and I was excited when it opened. I would go to the drive through and even though it took longer than I wanted, I'd put up with it. But then the lines got slower. and slower. And the attitude of the order taker and the person who took the $ and gave the drinks got worse.

One time I got to the window (after 20 min waiting in line) to be given a drink I didn't order. When I told them it wasnt my order. I was told that it was what I ordered and that they didn't misunderstand or mix up orders-that I was wrong. Ugh! Where is this ok? It was such a different item, too-something I'd never ordered. I complained to starbucks corporate and they sent me a gift card.

I waited a few months and went back to see if it had improved. The drive through line was really long-so decided to go inside instead. Bad idea. I waited in a short line-but no one was helping us. The staff was chatting among themselves while we...

Working with Tess Hill was a wonderful experience. She understood our likes and dislikes, took our feedback to heart and found the perfect house for us. She knew our house was right for us immediately-and we had a viewing and an offer in the same day it was listed. She was great taking us through the process of it all. She was a wealth of information about the western suburbs-and within each pocket and subdivision within them. She definately opened up new areas that we hadn't seen before.

I had two love-seats that were 30 years old and needed new fabric upholstery. They were good quality-but had seen hard wear. I called a couple of local places and was impressed when talking with the people at F J Furniture Upholstery World b/c they gave me the low down on costs of different qualities. They told me that to reupholster something it can cost more than buying something new of lesser quality. They also gave me information about the different qualities of foam, padding and fabrics-things I used to compare the prices from the other shops with.

They told me that the sofas were quality and helped me find the best quality fabric within my budget. They helped me make decisions about skirt/no skirt, styling and density of cushions.

The results exceeded my expectations. They look better than the pictures of how they looked originally.

I will bring more furniture there. I love to support local people where possible-and they did not let me down!

I drive from Lombard to Countryside to have my Civic serviced by the team at Continental Honda. I have always been treated kindly and received great customer service-and good work on my car. I feel their rates are fair. They have a shuttle service that will take you into Lagrange while your car is being worked on-or back to your office or whatever you want. They are upfront about costs and issues with your car. I wish I could find similar service closer to home-but I've tried and have been let down....

I've always had great experiences at Skowron Eye care-with both Dr Carr an Dr Skowron. They are patient and helpful with the exams. They have been very helpful to me when I've had other issues with my eyes. The office staff is helpful and friendly (except one who always seems moody).

I wish they had a larger selection of eyeglass frames to chose from.

Seriously-this is the best product for naturally wavy hair-and I've tried a lot of them-from the cheap ones at the drug store to the most expensive. And while be curly is not the most budget conscious option, it is giving me the best results by far!

If you have wavy hair-you know that everyone says how luck you are-but you know that it is an ordeal each day-you have to do SOMETHING with your hair each day. you need to decide to iron it straight, or curl it. going natural isn't really an option... This makes the curly days beautiful! I use a little more than a quarter size of product in wet hair and dry while scrunching my hair and using hair dryer on low-speed and heat. it takes a while-but the results are beautiful.
