Self is a unique magazine. It doesn't preach that you aren't skinny enough, happy enough, fulflled enough, self conscious enough, fashion conscious enough and all the other "not enoughs" the way a lot of so-called "women's" magazines do. Self is for those who are pretty happy the way they are and aren't looking for a magazine to change their life. Love it!

This magazine is the most vapid and pointless piece of fluff I've ever read. I would like at least one intelligent article in a magazine. To each her own, I suppose, but I will never buy it again....

Entertainment Weekly is always a bright spot in my mailbox. It's always current, up to the minute, as well as a harbinger of all things entertainment to come. It almost always has an interesting person and/or headline to grab the attention. And since it limits its amount of gossip and sensationalism, it's a refreshing change from the tabloid trash....
