I believe it has many mechanical/production related problems, however LG nor Verizon want to admit that it might be a manufacturer problem. I had the phone for over a year and it caused me nothing but constant headaches. You could not easily click over and answer call waiting, the touch screen didn't work very well. The phone had nice features, when they actually worked.... Their website is very informative because they list all their information as well as each stock that is available and the corresponding information that goes with each stock. I also have had to contact Fidelity on many occassions, even though they have a horrible automated phone system their service reps. are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
