At times depending on what I am downloading it can take 20-30 minutes fighting with the program to add to your ipod. Moreover, their online store is over priced and though you may buy a movie or CD it is treated as a long term rental that you may only be able to download once. God forbid your computer crashes, as mine did, you will have to rebuy your games, music, books and movies. And, NOTHING is cheap in the Apple Store!!!...
