      <description>I think treadmills are great to have at home because it makes exercising easier.&#160; You have no "good" excuse to not workout when it is right there in your own home.&#160; No need to join a club with monthly dues and lets face it the people at some of the gyms aren't really trainers anyway they are nothing more than salespeople who say what you want to hear to get you to join.&#160; Who needs that? Do your research and find what each offers and compare prices.&#160; Depending where you live - weather and other conditions, like allergies. can keep you from enjoying a nice walk outdoors.&#160; You can also catch up on your soaps or tv shows while working out and this way no one can complain about how much tv you watch because you are getting slim at the same time.... </description>
