marvinsvieja says "Made me remember back to the good ole days" about Alvin and the Chipmunks

Allllllllllllllllllllllvinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!

This is such a great movie for the entire family. I took a group (about 75) of families from our local National Guard Unit for Christmas. I am not sure who enjoyed this movie more, me a 50 year old grandmother, or the children. I am a hugh fan of the original cartoon of Alvin and the Chipmunks. What can I say, it was one of my favorites. This movie definitely kept us laughing throughout the entire film. I believe that Dave is even better as a real person, and the animation of the chipmunks was awesome. We could really relate to Dave with everything these little fellows were doing. My youngest daughter is 16, and very picky about the movies that she watches. She had gone the day before our group and watched it with her highschool group--her and two of her friends that sat together (Alvin, Theodore, and Simon)--they definitely portrayed each other. And she even enjoyed it again the second time.

This is a definitely a recommended movie for...
...

marvinsvieja says "A great movie you never get tired of watching!" about Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo is a a great story about parenting, Learning how to overcome fear and disabilities. It also portrays taking risks that you want to stand up for. The characters are very realistic and believable. The over-protective father who has lost everything but one son. The innocent child who has faith and trust in everything he has been taught, and the the kind friendships we can make along the way in life. He also teaches his own dad that disabilities can be overcome. I was so moved by this movie. My grandchildren are forever wanting to watch it, and each of them can relate to one of the characters. I, myself, can relate to Dorey. HA! Even when my grandchildren aren't around, my husband will sit and watch it over and over. This is one movie I highly recommend for the whole family....

marvinsvieja says "Great Phone" about Sanyo - Katana Cell Phone

My daughter kept dropping my other Sprint phones and breaking them, it was driving me nuts because it was my work phone. One of her friends had a Katana that he wasn't using and said we could have it. I love it because it is so slim and not as easily breakable when my daughter drops it. The only problem I have with it is that the ringer isn't loud enough to catch my attention when I'm busy....
